Fantastic Hotel and Resort
I had an amazing vacation in Bali at the Ritz Carlton Resort and Hotel. The food was exceptional. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beach was so great with soft sand and crystal blue water…which was a bonus during our stay. The staff was so friendly and welcoming during my entire stay with my family. We had a great time. Want to give a special shoutout to Angga, who we met at the Senses Restaurant, made sure our visit stayed exceptional with his fantastic customer service. Yes, I will definitely come back to Bali and stay here. Hoping Angga will still be here when me and my family return to Bali in the future.
The best experience
Our stay at the Luxury Villa with Beach View at The Ritz-Carlton, Bali was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, every detail reflected luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality.
The villa itself was stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and maintained to perfection. Waking up to the breathtaking beach view every morning was the highlight of our stay. The private pool, elegant interiors, comfortable bed, and peaceful ambiance made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Every corner of the villa was thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious and serene experience.
What made our stay even more special was the outstanding service provided by our butler, Pandey. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine care exceeded all our expectations. He was always available to assist with anything we needed, whether it was arranging transportation, making restaurant reservations, organizing activities, or ensuring our villa was perfectly prepared. Every request was handled promptly, efficiently, and always with a smile.
Pandey’s attention to detail and personalized service made us feel truly valued as guests. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and memorable. It is rare to come across someone so dedicated and passionate about delivering world-class hospitality.
The entire Ritz-Carlton team also deserves appreciation for their friendliness and impeccable service. Every staff member greeted us warmly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The dining experiences were excellent, the resort facilities were world-class, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious.
This was one of the best resort experiences we have ever had. If you’re looking for a destination that combines breathtaking views, luxurious accommodations, exceptional hospitality, and personalized service, The Ritz-Carlton, Bali is the perfect choice. Peaceful, highly accommodating & luxurious ending in a successful proposal.
Everything was perfect.
Even before checking in, from the e-mail conversations with Guest Services & Concierge with some requests for a special occasion to be helped out with planning was fantastic. Before flying over to Bali & checking in, guest services was able to attention my special occasion of doing a proposal to my girlfriend and they were nothing short of fantastic. The e-mail correspondence was detailed, the offer to help out was so appreciated and come the day of the proposal, after taking out my girlfriend for dinner, the hotel did exactly as they had planned and set up the room with balloons, roses & a decorations. I couldn't be more happier and thankful for their help in securing a "YES!".
Furthermore, the room was beautiful with a Junior Suite that overlooked the resort & restaurant, the bed was super comfortable, the amenities was fantastic & the cleanliness of the place was generally good, a bit dusty & dirty due to wooden floors but negligible & will not affect your stay at all. The sofa beds & balcony beds are so comfortable that you can fall asleep on them.
Best of all, the customer service that the Ritz has going with their staff is hands down the best you will get anywhere in Bali. I highly recommend staying here as you will get every penny's worth.
The general atmosphere of the resort was quiet and relaxing, the type of resort where everyone is just in a peaceful mood rather than the hustle & bustle of some other resorts. The Ritz does what it does best, and creates an atmosphere of peace & relaxation.
The pool was good, nothing extraordinary but again, the friendliness of the staff securing you a bed, offers for drinks & food just make it all worthwhile. Plus, because the resort is massive getting anywhere other than walking is done with buggies which you can call from your building or hailing one down.
The complimentary activity, at least the one we got was the 30 minute photoshoot which was fantastic for a complimentary service and the photos came out amazing. Coming back to Bali I will definitely stay again.

The perfect Nusa Dua Escape
The Ritz-Carlton is luxury at its finest. From the breathtaking ocean views to the impeccable service, every moment exceeded our expectations.
A special thank you to Made Sukadana and Yvonne for their warm hospitality and thoughtful care throughout our stay. Their attention to detail truly made the experience even more memorable.
We stayed in a Pavilion Suite with a private pool, and it was elegant, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, and dining at Bejana was one of the highlights of our trip.
A beautiful resort with world-class hospitality. We would return in a heartbeat.
A Solid, Refined Stay—Though More Business Resort Than Ultra-Luxury
We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Nusa Dua during a particularly busy time when the hotel was at nearly 100% occupancy due to two large weddings, so my perspective is certainly shaped by that bustling atmosphere. Overall, it was a good stay, but it definitely has a distinct vibe.
The property itself is decent and our suite was perfectly reasonable, easily meeting our minimum requirements for space and cleanliness. However, the hotel comes across more as a high-end, corporate business resort rather than a tranquil, ultra-luxurious escape. For a point of comparison, we visited the nearby Westin Nusa Dua during our trip and actually found their property to feel a bit more polished.
When it comes to dining, the breakfast buffet offers a massive variety of options, but the food itself was just standard—nothing to write home about. One notable inconvenience for families or longer stays is the hotel's policy on outside food delivery (like Grab). The staff will not bring food deliveries to your room. This meant we had to call for a buggy and ride all the way to the lobby to collect our food, which easily added 5 to 15 minutes to the process. A helpful suggestion for management would be to offer a liability waiver that guests can sign upon check-in to allow direct-to-room delivery, making things much easier.
Despite the somewhat corporate feel and the strict delivery policy, the staff's hospitality was a high point. We were incredibly grateful when the team went out of their way to bring fresh aloe vera from the spa when my daughter needed it—a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.
Ultimately, this is a very good property, but temper your expectations if you are looking for a quintessential, over-the-top "Ritzy" experience. It feels much more comparable to a refined InterContinental or a high-end Westin.
