Amazing
Just returned from Bali. The Laguna. What can I say. We have travelled extensively but what a brilliant hotel. Breakfast amazing. Staff wonderful. Even the man who looks after the sun lounges on the beach wonderful Spa great but expensive. Food wonderful. The access to other hotels fantastic. Nothing is a problem. Will be back definitely.

Lots to love about Laguna
We arrived as guests, but left after a week as part of a very special family. This place is so much more than a resort. It's an experience that can be enjoyed on many different levels, depending on your interests and needs. Every aspect oozes luxury - the superior service from every single staff member, excellent food quality, commitment to presenting the best of Balinese culture, the small daily offerings that set it apart from all the other high end hotels. No hotel is perfect, but Laguna is as close as we have ever seen in our time travelling the world.
Tropical of Bali
We absolutely loved our stay at the laguna Bali make sure you visit the sapphire bar for happy hour 12 to 3pm and catch Subrata and try his Bali inspired cocktail the tropical of Bali it is bliss
Recent stay
Stayed there three nights in July2026. We had a wonderful stay. There was some confusuion with our booking but Mr. Perdi at the front desk resolved the issue promptly to our satisfaction and gave us a complimentary lunch for the family. He personally made our stay very comfortable. Staffs guest services is excellent and our stay was memorable. Their one bedroom villa is the best we have ever experienced. Thank you Laguana team.
Not the same as it used to be
After checking in having 1 night of our 4 night stay, I would have to say the hotel is no where what it was years ago. All the gorgeous lanterns with lights on the beach walkway have gone, there are no separate beach chairs for anyone staying in the Villas and the grounds itself are not as good as the Westin.
I am really disappointed with the food, the beach front restaurant food was average and tonight we will try the buffet restaurant which you can order A La Carte. There does not seem to a lot of care with the grounds, the grass is longish and in every hotel in Bali you usually see the lovely gardeners working in the grounds. I have not seen one yet.
I know this all sounds very picky, however for the money you pay for the rooms I do find it disappointing. We have come from the Oberoi in Seminyak which is a lot smaller however the price is not a huge difference. If you are expecting the same feel here you do not get it. I am just letting you know before you make the booking.
The hotel staff and Management seem to have won a lot of awards recently, yes the service is amazing but perhaps have a look around at your grounds, stained towels and stained lounge cushions on the chairs! Take care in the appearance of the property. We will not be returning
