Grand Bali Nusa Dua
We stayed in this hotel for 4 weeks. Hotel Grand Bali in Nusa Dua is ideal for people who like the tranquility and old Balian style of the interior. The staff in the hotel are absolutely fantastic and helpful. They treated us every day with a smile. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. If you expect glamorous things from your vacation, it might not be a hotel for you. We appreciated the simple and beautiful. The bus to the beach worked well ... sometimes we felt that it could have gone a little more often when there were many guests who wanted to go from and to the beach. Hotel with a breathtaking ambience, like a page out of mythology.
True to its name, this beautiful hotel reeks of mythological beauty of the past, with beautifully carved statues, infrastructure, lovely green surroundings, fragrant blooming flowers, water fountains with musical flowing waters as if stepped into a heavenly abode. The rooms are equally magnificent and beautifully decorated with ethnic articrafts, combination of modernized yet merged in ethnicity. The spa inside the hotel equally a wonderful place to rejuvenate and relax tucked away inside the huge Hotel with greens and ferns and with beautifully carved and crafted statues. Definitely a place to come stay, relax and enjoy your Vacay with Family Friends couples and honeymooners

Terrible Experience - Unprofessional Treatment of Young Guests
I came to this hotel with a group of children who were participating in a sports tournament. During our stay, three of the children were asked to leave the hotel without any clear or justified reason. The same situation also affected approximately 40 Norwegian participants from the same tournament.
When we tried to discuss the matter with the hotel management, their attitude was unprofessional and discourteous. They informed us that the children would have to leave, despite the fact that many of them had nowhere else to stay.
This experience was extremely disappointing and reflected a lack of understanding and responsibility towards young guests. Based on how this situation was handled, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful hotel

Family-friendly hotel, spacious rooms and lovely staff.
A beautiful Balinese-style hotel, we enjoyed the large rooms and spacious bathrooms for our family stay. We had a 2 bedroom pool villa and it was fabulous. An older style building so some small maintence issues, but nothing that materially negatively impacted our stay. The villa was always kept beautiful and clean, no mould present, and everyone so friendly. Decent breakfast every day, and we had a nice lunch at the hotel restaurant too. A highlight was the massages in the spa by Desi, one of the best I’ve ever had! Good value for money. The two-hourly shuttle to the beach (and Bali Collection shopping area) was very handy. The beach club was a relaxing place to swim and spend time.
