Memorable Hospitality at The Apurva Kempinski
We booked a last-minute trip to Bali and split our time between two hotels. The Apurva Kempinski Bali was beyond amazing. We did not leave the hotel at all. Though we booked a garden-view suite, we were generously upgraded to an ocean-view suite with a simply breathtaking vantage point. The Club Lounge served delicious food, and the entire staff exhibited a level of warmth, efficiency, and genuine hospitality that went above and beyond. Every meal—whether at the restaurants or right on the beach—was outstanding. We especially loved the convenience of ordering food and drinks online directly from our pool and beach loungers. The Spa was a truly magical highlight, from the premium oils and thoughtful pre- and post-treatment drink rituals to the stunning overall aesthetics. We enjoyed incredible massages, and on another day, a deeply transformative Chakra alignment meditation. We left The Apurva Kempinski with grateful souls. We used the hotel transportation and it went rather well. Their laundry service has reasonable prices and they also did a great job with our clothes.

My stay at The Apurva Kempinski Bali was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, every detail reflected excellence. The property is absolutely stunning, the service is world-class, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
I especially want to recognize Jessica, one of the Ladies in Red. She was one of the most phenomenal hospitality professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Jessica was incredibly professional, warm, attentive, and accommodating throughout my stay. She anticipated my needs, handled every request with genuine care, and made an already amazing experience even better.
It’s rare to find a team that delivers such a high level of service so consistently, and Jessica truly exemplifies the standard of excellence at The Apurva Kempinski Bali. She is a tremendous asset to the hotel.

Best Breakfast Restaurant
Best breakfast food at Bali, Pala Restaurant. We are not stay at the resort and come only for breakfast. The restaurant layout by the pool is stunning, and the breakfast buffet is massive with so many delicious Asian, Western, and local Balinese options to choose from. Big thanks to Giana for taking such good care of us. She was super friendly, brought our coffee out fast, and recommended a specific dish that was absolutely delicious. Great food and even better service. Highly recommend!

An amazing hotel, beautiful location
A beautiful hotel, great Architecture and definitely worth a stay. The koral Tunnel Restaurant dining was fabulous. Great food, lovely atmosphere.
