Very relaxed stay.
We stayed at the Apurva Kempinski, Bali, 17-18 Aug 2026. Overall excellent, family friendly resort. At first a little overwhelming just in terms of size and scale - but you get used to it. Very opulent and luxury - easily matching similar resorts hotels in the Middle East. The staff are very friendly, efficient and accommodating. There was a slight snafu at the beginning with rooms but the duty manager Hardi was excellent. He quickly recognised the issue and went above and beyond to solve the problem for us. Overall the facilities - pools, beach access were superb and everything you could want for a relaxing resort holiday. The food quality and range of choices was also amazing. Of particular note is the Cliff Lounge - where we had breakfast. The food there was easily the best we had for the whole trip. The manager there Sintia was so friendly and diligent and made sure our experience there was excellent. The overall stay was also made special by Dewa Ardana the asst chief concierge- who arranged our pick up from Sanur harbour and our onward transport and generally looked after us very well. In short the staff here are a credit to their organisation - the hotel is fantastic and I really do recommend it as a family friendly luxury resort

World class stay!
My partner and I have had the pleasure of staying across the world and rest assured the kempinski is one of best stays on record! We were upgraded to a cliff suite with cliff lounge access which truly made our stay that bit better. Having. A designated breakfast area with extended times, afternoon tea and cocktail hours enhanced our stay. The service here is impeccable and Aditya in the cliff lounge could not have been more accommodating, friendly and helpful if we would have asked. The facilities here are second to none and for our first time in Bali this hotel made our holiday 10/10. Thank you to the staff here and we will definitely be back!

Putra and Tedi were absolutely amazing with their service!
Best Bali Hotel
Easily one of the best hotels in Bali if not the best. We were whisked to the Cliff Lounge for check-in where we attended to by Ms Dina who was very attentive and thorough in explaining check-in. She surprised us with a complimentary upgrade from Cliff Private Pool Suite to Ocean Front Private Pool Junior Suite.
The Staff on duty at the Cliff Lounge was also very warm and welcoming in acceding to our requests.
