An Excellent experience in Bali
I am writing to extend my sincere compliments to Emily, Client Relations Manager. During our stay over the past two days, Emily provided us with exceptional support and patiently helped resolve multiple issues for us. We were especially grateful that Emily speaks fluent Chinese, which made our communication extremely smooth. Her dedication, responsiveness and thoughtful care have left us with wonderful memories of our stay at The St. Regis Bali.

St Regis Hotel Bali was an overall enjoyable experience.
The staff were friendly, polite and welcoming, while the food was delicious and served well.
The pools were very nicely kept and the scenery was pleasant, the fire dance was particularly fun.
However, our room had a few problems. Our room was gorgeous and was very accessible, we had problems with doors completely locking us out of the room or in the room, and there were weird smells coming from the couches and certain walls.
Overall this was an excellent experience with an extremely welcoming atmosphere, however the cleanliness and maintenance of the room itself could be improved.

The best resort in St Regis group
We truly enjoyed our stay at The St. Regis Bali. The service was outstanding, and you could really sense the team’s care and attention to detail throughout our visit.
A heartfelt thank you to Emily, who made our birthday celebration extra special with a adorable St. Regis bear and a delicious cake. She also shared some fantastic local tips for souvenir shopping, which we truly appreciated.
The breakfast buffet was simply wonderful. We looked forward to it every morning and found so much variety. The service was always warm and welcoming.
Both pools were a highlight for us — spacious, serene, and never busy. The little call bells next to the sunbeds were such a thoughtful detail, making it easy to request towels, water, or sunscreen.
Having stayed at several St. Regis properties before, I can say that this one ranks among the very best. Everything was as perfect as we hoped, if not more so. We would love to return and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Bali!

A Truly Wonderful Stay
We had an amazing stay at The St. Regis Bali. The resort is beautiful, the beach is incredible, but what really made the difference was the people. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and attentive, and the service was exceptional throughout our stay.
We truly enjoyed every moment and left with beautiful memories. Thank you to the whole St. Regis Bali team — we would definitely love to come back!
So so so intimate and perfect
The St. Regis Bali is a beautiful resort, but what really makes it special are the Balinese people. They are some of the most genuinely engaged, warm and hospitable people we have encountered anywhere. There is an energy here that is hard to describe until you experience it yourself.
Two people in particular made our stay memorable. Sofyan, thank you for taking the time to walk us down to the beach and show us a wonderful path along the property. It was a simple gesture, but exactly the kind of personal attention that defines this hotel.
And then there is Gede. Every morning at breakfast, we looked forward to seeing him, listening to his wonderful music, receiving a flower, and simply starting the day with his incredible energy. These are the small moments you remember long after you leave a hotel.
The property itself is spectacular. Even when the resort is busy, it somehow never feels crowded or overwhelming. It remains intimate, peaceful and quiet. There are pools everywhere, beautiful grounds to explore, and plenty of places where you can disappear and feel like you have the resort to yourself.
The food is top-notch. The brunch is incredible and absolutely worth experiencing. The fire show is fantastic and adds another dimension to the evenings. There is always something to discover, but nothing ever feels forced or hectic.
Take a look at the pictures and you will understand why this place is so special. But the pictures only tell part of the story.
The St. Regis Bali gets something very right: you can explore, eat incredibly well, enjoy the pools and beach, wander the grounds, and experience everything the resort has to offer without ever feeling hassled or rushed. It gives you the space to have a genuinely intimate vacation.
Beautiful property. Exceptional food. Incredible hospitality. And most importantly, wonderful people who bring the entire experience to life.
