First time in bali
Great place first time in bali have been along the beach frot and this is by far the best
Family stay
Location perfect, Atmosphere friendly, calm, relaxing, Room's we had family ensuite, which means 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, bars area, in 2 floors, it is huge area for 4 people ( 2+2 kids) Amazing 🤩 Values- fairly, Restaurants open 24/7, they are available to make you fresh and delicious food in any hour, Cleanliness - 100procent, daily changed bed, everything clean, bar filled daily in all inclusive, no doubt Staff friendly, they would do everything for you Every 2 night are dinner outside with live music, very romantic, Average guests age is 50 plus, if you have teenage kid's, they could be bored, Animation team is missing here . If you want some sports and socialising activities, you need to organise your self Pingpong table is here but no competition, On love holiday website is advertised is basketball court or squash, nothing like that, No kids dance, water or beach activities, there is volleyball net, but it is just hung there, Darts circle is there but nothing is happening there, Some performance is happening in the evening, but we prefer to make some schedules for ourselves. For some sport and social activities funs , is rafting, squad driving, waterfall sightseeing, or swimming there if possible many other activities and trips available. Bali Zoo and Balibam aqua park, fun for whole family for whole day, Many thank you to all staff members, chefs, barman, reception team, garden guys, pools servis mens, housekeepers, they all do amazing jobs, without them, it won't be amazing holiday, Opposite of hotel is Menzi massage, to convert to GB, is amazing value and perfect service, for instance, deep massage for whole body, for 2 adults for 1 hour is around only £16,
We would like to come back to Bali again, but probably different hotel, unless we will be in age when sports activities in no needed

Relaxing Holiday
Location it’s right on the beach Very relaxed atmosphere Rooms are lovely Like myself there was a lot of return guests at this hotel so that says a lot about the hotel the staff bring a lot of customers back. Many thanks to Natalia Annie Bella Augustine Head barman in pool bar who all made my 5 year old grandaughter so welcome and paid lots of attention to her. Lastly thank you to the new Guest manager Vina who is so helpful and can’t do enough for you.

Disappointment. Old. Needs a massive revamp.
Very disappointed. Firstly, the airconditioner in my room struggled in the humidity and I was constantly sticky. The bed was comfortable and pillows good. Room was big as was the bathroom. The TV was older than me and constantly had a fuzzy look to it. Balcony overlooking the pool was lovely. Secondly, the all inclusive was a huge disappointment. Buffet breakfast was good but after that it went down hill from there. Alacarte is terrible, very basic. Lunch and dinner buffets use cheap cuts of meat and fish with not a big selection. The pool bar serves NO food, not even snacks. What 5 star (as they claim) resort doesn’t sell/offer snacks around the pool? There is towels layed on beds from 6.30am and very hard to get a bed, lots of towels but no one occupying them. The staff turn a blind eye to this. One towel per person by handing in your room key. The pool chair covers were plastic vinyl, the towels small so you sweated and stuck to them. I asked for a second towel on numerous occasions and was told no, only 1 so I would bring a towel from my room. The lobby bar serves no snacks and in a rainy day everyone swamps there and the 1 or two staff members couldn’t cope and were very slow as they also were doing coffees which came from behind the bar. Entertainment was very woeful and lacked excitement. I had booked in for 12 nights. On the 9th night I had to checkout urgently for a family emergency due to my brother in hospital who nearly died. I asked if it was possible I could have the 3 nights in credit. I was told a blunt no, this is prepaid for and the Duty Manager made me sign a piece of paper to say this in case I tried for a refund I’m assuming. There was no understanding or compassion and the staff could tell I was upset due to my brother. For a Melia hotel, this one doesn’t live up to their name or expectation sadly. The only saving grace was the general staff around the hotel, always polite. Would I recommend this hotel, no, there is much better standard of hotels cheaper in the area.

Great resort to relax
Had an amazing experience here. Got junior suite which was the best with an additional bed to go without any extra charges.
