Fantastic Experience
This is our 3rd time to this hotel. From the minute we walk into the hotel to the minute we leave. Everyone from the receptionist plus the rest of the staff they are so attractive to all the guests .The manager Ratna was all interacting with guest. The kitchen staff bend over backward to make Everyone has there needs.The pool towel attendants have it immaculate all the time Everyone at the pool bar are great at serving all the customers with the wide range of drinks.Would like to recommend the Romantic Meal on the beach was something special. The presentation was perfect.My wife had a massage and facial which was second to none.Will be returning next year.allready looking to book.
Home from home
Absolutely beautiful place, this was our 4th visit in 5 years and already booked to return again next year. Our home from home ❤️ Staff are beautiful, wonderful people, nothing is too much trouble and strive to make your holiday a memorable one. The rooms are spacious and clean, food is plentiful and such a variety. Special mention to Menderin, Natalia, Diasa, Tarzan, Gedde, Bayu and Annie. They remember us every time we return, our Bali family.

Holiday
Staff are brilliant, always have a smile. Room excellent size and clean. Beach lovely and clean and food reasonably varied. Only down for us was we checked out at 12 and was not getting picked up until 16:45, but we could not access the all inclusive facilities after 12, so had to pay for lunch and any soft drinks whilst waiting to be picked up. We have travelled all inclusive in many different parts of the world and never experienced this before.
Amazing time in Bali
What a fantastic 12 night stay we had at the Sol Benoa Bali, the reception we got on arrival was fantastic and easy check in, we had a junior suite and the room was amazing, so big and clean and comfortable, I can’t rate the staff highly enough, from the reception, the restaurants, the bar, the spa, the gardeners everyone was so helpful and polite, the food was very nice and there wasn’t one day/night where we couldn’t eat anything. We were there for our 30th Anniversary and the staff put a cake with a lovely card and petals all over the room, I can’t rate this hotel highly enough and if we go back to Bali again would definitely stay at this hotel. Thanks again to everyone for making our stay so memorable
