A beautiful hotel with great staff
We're just back from a wonderful stay. We were here for 10 nights, all inclusive.
The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas. Our room was beautiful - spacious, well equipped, quiet and comfortable.
The staff at the hotel go above and beyond to be friendly and make you feel welcome. From the security at the front of the hotel, who will stop traffic if you want to go over the road, to the reception, bar staff, waiters and cleaners. Special mentions must go to Mendrin at the pool bar, who makes the most delicious iced coffees and takes a genuine interest in all of the guests, and Bagus, who was our waiter for our special meal on the beach.
Food at the hotel was delicious in all areas and caters for a wide range of tastes. It's great that there is always the option to order a la carte, but we found the buffet options suited us well and were always fresh, with lots of different options daily, so it didn't feel repetitive.
We did a couple of excursions in Bali and the hotel provided breakfast boxes or the option to have an early breakfast at the hotel.
We received a lovely cake and fruit delivered to our room for our anniversary, which was a kind and thoughtful touch.
The hotel has a large pool and the swim up bar is fun. Sun loungers can be an issue and spots need to be secured early - but they do become available during the day as people go out and about and there are lots available on the beach.
The beach is clean and we had an amazing time snorkeling and exploring the rock pools as the tide went out.
We had a fantastic trip and are really grateful for all of the staff who made that possible. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend people stay here. Thank you Sol by Meliá Benoa.

Excellent service and outstanding attention from Vina ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We are currently staying at SOL by Meliá Benoa Bali, and we would already like to share how much we appreciate the attention and professionalism we have received during our stay.
A very special thank you to Vina, Guest Experience Manager, who has been absolutely wonderful with us. From the moment we spoke with her about our room, she listened carefully to our concerns, took them seriously and did everything possible to find a solution that would make us comfortable.
Thanks to her help, our room change was handled with great care and professionalism, and we are now enjoying our SOL Junior Suite. She has continued to check that everything is going well and has also taken care of the little details that make a real difference during a holiday.
What we particularly appreciate is that Vina doesn’t simply respond to requests — she genuinely makes you feel that your comfort and satisfaction matter to her. She is kind, attentive, professional and always willing to help.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely Balinese atmosphere, and we are very happy to be continuing our stay here.
A big thank you again to Vina and the entire SOL by Meliá Benoa Bali team for their hospitality and for doing their best to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

Week on a great beach.
Lovely hotel on a great beach. Not too large and all staff extremely friendly and accommodating especially those on reception and in breakfast.
Breakfast had a good selection with eggs made to order. Coffee machine always had a queue but you are t in a hurry on holiday.
Sunbed situation interesting- we always got a bed but many beds left with towels on for hours on end. I think some families had beds saved by the beach & pool. The beach was cleaned daily and all the plastic washed in from the sea collected.
Great gym at the hotel. I’m used joined yoga which was brilliant and I was disappointed it was only on once during my stay.
The bedrooms were large and had good aircon. We found the mattress really uncomfortable with springs digging into our side so both of us woke up with sore hips daily.
Pool tables great and whilst we didn’t use them also there’s table tennis, boules and darts
Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had such a relaxing holiday here! Beautiful property, great amenities, and super welcoming staff throughout our trip. A Lovely Experience in Bali
Our stay here was absolutely enjoyable! The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere, the staff are friendly, and everything felt comfortable from the moment we arrived.
We would especially like to thank Vina, the Guest Experience Manager. She was so warm, helpful, and approachable, and always made sure we were having a good time. Her positive energy and genuine hospitality made our stay even more memorable.
A great place to stay in Benoa, and we would happily come back again!
