What an amazing Stay: Paradise
We literally have over 500 photos we could upload as every day looked incredible, with view after view worthy of taking pictures.
The staff are absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond at every opportunity.
The activities available are good fun and the resort seems so big. We were there 7 nights and feel like we only just managed to see the bulk of the resort.
We stayed in the one-bedroom suites, looking out at the Indian Ocean, and would highly recommend these if you enjoy staring at wonderful views every time you are in your room.
The dining options are wide and varied, with so many different menu options and both restaurants being recently awarded in 2026.
We cannot recommend this place enough, as it very much caters to couples of any age and is more of a relaxation location than a party property or a place where you would take older kids
That said, the staff are incredible with the younger kids and the 2 bedroom villas easily accommodate children as well as the parents. The kids we saw absolutely loved the pool area.
We used the spa treatments, both in-room and at the spa facility. Both were impeccable.
A wide range of drinks was available anywhere in the resort, including to your room.
The gym was very well equipped for a resort, with air conditioning and plenty of options available.
You will pay a premium for this resort, as one would expect, as they are delivering well above average service, absolute 5-star service.
The rooms were cleaned and tidied every day, as well as a turndown service, and the resort was very quiet.
We cannot wait to go back and stay again as there is nothing more you could want from a resort.

Vacation as it’s best in a little paradise
This place is truly exceptional. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, private beach with assorted activities, lush gardens, great breakfast and food options in general and the villas are spacious and cleaned and prepared to perfection every day. Compared to the Ritz and Kempinski next door this is definitely the better choice if you want to have more private feeling, less people and more the feeling to be in a little paradise. Wonderful 😊

An Extraordinary Stay with World-Class Hospitality!
Samabe Bali Suites & Villas exceeded all our expectations, and the amazing staff was easily the best part of the entire experience! They pay attention to every single detail to make your stay perfect. When I got sick during the trip, they went above and beyond—arranging transport to the hospital, bringing us back, and taking care of everything seamlessly. Truly exceptional service. I’ll definitely be back!
Exceptional in Every Way.
This is not written lightly.
We spent five nights at Samabe Nusa Dua and it was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.
From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff are genuinely warm, gracious and incredibly attentive, with a wonderful understanding of Balinese culture and hospitality. They were always a step ahead, anticipating what we needed without ever being intrusive. It is the kind of service that feels effortless, but clearly comes from an exceptionally well-trained and genuinely caring team.
And then there are the views. The views are simply incredible. The resort’s position above the ocean is spectacular, with beautiful uninterrupted views and access to one of the best beaches we have experienced in Indonesia. The beach is exceptionally clean and, importantly, feels far less affected by the extreme tides and pollution that can affect other parts of Indonesia. There are also plenty of loungers around both the pool and beach, so everything feels relaxed and uncrowded.
The food was excellent, particularly breakfast, and we loved the inclusion of non-alcoholic drinks. These thoughtful details make the all-inclusive experience feel genuinely luxurious and completely effortless.
What we didn’t appreciate until we left was quite how high Samabe had set the bar.
We checked into another hotel afterwards, and unfortunately the contrast was stark. After the experience at Samabe, the other hotel simply did not come close. The service, attention to detail and overall experience felt so far removed from what we had just experienced that we quickly realised just how special Samabe had been.
Within a very short time, we decided we wanted to go back.
And we did.
Rather than continue our stay at the other hotel, we chose to return to Samabe. I can’t think of a stronger endorsement than leaving one hotel and actively choosing to go back to another.
Five nights at Samabe was nowhere near enough. It set a benchmark that the next hotel simply couldn’t meet — and we’re already back.
Samabe combines exceptional service, genuine Balinese hospitality, an extraordinary setting and understated luxury in a way that is very difficult to match. Highly recommended.
Almost perfect setting, weather, facilities and staff
Mostly excellent. Perfect weather. Almost complete privacy in the villa although that was breached in a couple of directions. Staff too were exemplary.
The food was universally exotic and elaborate: we occasionally pined for some simple dishes.
