An amazing experience. Food is out of this world, clean as clean can be and the staff could not have been better. Thank you to everyone who made it such a special experience.

This was a return visit to your wonderful resort and we were pleased to see that you still maintained the very high standards as experienced in our two previous visits.

Think of all of the things that make up the perfect vacation at a destination resort, such as location, ambience, good service, cleanliness, room layout and convenience.

The smooth and welcoming check-in process sets a positive tone for our entire stay. Our room 408 was perfectly located on the 4th floor, noise free away from the busy lobby area, and we were able to enjoy the scenic views of the resort garden and lake from the balcony. The room was clean, well laid out, fresh linens and housekeeping staff were pleasant and welcoming.

The breakfasts buffet were also plentiful with a good selection of items. Dining at in house restaurants were delightful experience from start to finish, with exceptional food quality, attentive service, and generous portions.

Then add to this, the more exotic elements, such as; tropical gardens, fountains, swimming pools, in stunning indigenous architecture. Add romantic atmosphere at multiple locations, overlooking beaches at sunset, entertainment and indulgences, such as a massage and body treatment at a local spa.

But wait, there's more: How about a warm personal welcome from Ibu Arini, the Room Division Manager and also friendly greetings from the smiley crew members

Our first visit to this area of Bali. There are a number of hotels to choose from but as part of our visit incorporated a business conference the hotel was chosen on this basis. They were able to provide good conference facilities for around 50 plus delegates. Our main social events were held by the beach and in the theatre and the accompanying entertainment was excellent for both evenings. Throughout our stay staff were friendly and attentive. On the day we didn’t have any events we used one of the dinner venues. The Italian which was very good and I’ve done a separate review. There are various restaurants to choose from, while we were there, refurbishing works were being undertaken which were a bit noisy, although they didn’t affect us majorally some areas were closed off. There were various pools to choose from as well as the beach. The room had a good wardrobe and drawer space as well as comfortable bed and excellent pillows. However the floor of varnished wood is very slippery. A couple of carpets next to the bedsides would have been appreciated. Just a shower but a good one, however it would have been nice to have some hair conditioner and the small bottles could have been replaced with larger dispensers as in other hotels to be more environmentally friendly. Our housekeeper was very friendly and did a great job. Our last night at the bar was memorable because of an excellent pianist and singer who entertained us in particular with Elton John songs.
