This amazing hotel is located on Bali's southern peninsula, just 15 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport via the Bali Mandara toll road. The hotel has welcomed kings and queens, presidents and other dignitaries over the years. The resort features a wonderful outdoor pool area and direct beach access where guests are able to relax sunbathing or having a refreshing swim in a sunny and warm day. It resembles a Balinese palace with complete Spa facilities, delicious delights along with an enjoyable atmosphere, meeting rooms for business meetings or other private events, lovely gardens among other splendid facilities. Each guestroom is decorated with authentic Balinese furnishing and offers all the needed amenities for an unforgettable experience.

We stayed on a Luxury escapes package in the Palace club. Checkin was in the separate club area and our room overlooked the lovely gardens and the peacocks house and duckpond. The package included afternoon cocktails, beer and wine in bars across the hotel complex from 3-6pm including extra 1.5 hours in the club including canapés till 7pm. A la carte breakfast was also served in the club area. We tried all restaurants within the hotel and particularly enjoyed the Maguro asian bistro and Tamarind Mediterranean.
That being said the hotel is a large older style beach front property which is currently under going some room renovations. The noise didn’t disrupt us on our stay. We attended two cultural evening dinner and shows. The music was fabulous but the food was typical buffet style and not our favourite.
The hotel pools look lovely but getting a sun lounger is another story most are left with a towel on them from 6.30am and no-one around till late morning or early afternoon. The towel staff are aware and when we spoke to them are frustrated to receive this feedback and it needs addressed by a 15 minute no show policy and towel removal backed up by management.
We hired bicycles and visited the nearby Bali Collection along the clean, safe beachfront cycle path. Nusa Dua is a lovely quiet area but this hotel is substandard compared to others we have stayed at in the area.

Wedding Destination
This hotel is exceptional. We had a fantastic experience here with the family. Our premier room was superior with private balcony over looking the garden surrounds. Adi our housekeeper was lovely, so friendly and refreshed our room to an excellent standard. Thank you Adi!

Wonderful
A beautiful resort, great beach, clear water, lovely food. A few things to note: There is no evening buffet, it is only open for breakfast which was wonderful. U get ur own cold drinks but can order coffee or tea to table, give ur table number. We also got to release sum baby turtles into the ocean which was magical for kids. Reception should let people know when they check in as we missed the first round after seeing a sign in the breakfast buffet. Reception was not very forthcoming with information regarding restaurants. If you are all inclusive then you have to have dinner on the theme nights of Monday, Wednesday & Friday at the open air dinner & show this is mandatory part of booking. There are 4 restaurants to choose from for lunch & dinner the Italian called Tamarind was our favourite & casa the Mexican 1, they do great quesdillas. The pool is really deep so take a float or rubber ring for main pool. The irons are really old fashioned so take ur own. No steam ones. The ironing service is good to use. Take ur own. All staff & restaurants are brilliant 👏🏽 thank you. The only downside was at checkout wn we were returned back from taxi to cover sum mini bar charges like common small thieves. Wn we checked out we explained what we had, nothing on last day. Even the taxi driver host had a comment to make how we hadn't settled the bill. I assured him after paying thousands & thousands of pounds for an all inclusive holiday we wouldn't skimp on the mini bar bill. In majority of high end hotels the mini bar is always included. This was the only disappointing part of the stay, shame it got ruined on departure. Thank you to all the wait staff & restaurant servers they were all excellent. The spa is great, but in break the lady must have eaten her lunch so there was a really strong smell whilst doing facial, something to ve aware of. When eyes are covered sense of smell is heightened. Honeymoon
It was the best vacation of my life and the honeymoon. The hotel, atmosphere and food was amazing. The location are also amazing, not so far from the centrum. Rooms are also vey good. Best hotel I have been.
