Tropical Tranquil Paradise with stunning gardens and architecture. Wonderfuly friendly, accommodating staff that go the extra mile to assist. Spacious and well appointed room. Relaxing spa treatments transport you. Delicious food at all of the resorts restaurants. Highly recommended!
Wonderful Balinese Hospitality
A lovely stay made even more memorable by the people who brought genuine warmth and care to the experience. The resort has a beautiful setting, but it is the team that truly makes a difference.
A special thank-you to Yenik at Reception for the welcome, and Dedy from Concierge for the helpful and attentive service. My compliments also go to Ayulita, Rajas, and Tasya for their hospitality at the restaurant, and to Taruni for making breakfast a pleasant experience.

Awesome , taste food cool pool and gym
The Royal Treatment
Picked up in a luxury car at an ungodly hour from the airport, nothing was trouble for the the lovely Prasetya. Welcomed and upgraded to a lagoon access room. Stunning welcome bed decorations, flowers, cake and chocolates as we were celebrating multiple occasions. The Palace Club staff are exemplary. All of them are professional and warm. The hotel grounds are immaculate, the pool, gym and spa extensive. The food at all of the restaurants of very high quality. The ambiance at Tamarind especially beautiful. Again a special mention to Prasetya, who remembered our names each time we saw him around the property and made an effort to come and say hi. Staff like this are priceless. We will definitely be back.
