Amazing holiday
We had a wonderful stay at Nusa Dua beach hotel and spa. Amenities were great, food was fantastic and the staff were lovely. Would recommend for couples and families as the location is close to shops. The gym and spa were also amazing with plenty of equipment and spa treatments

Positives and Non Positives
We have just returned to NZ after a ten night stay at the resort. This is our third time in Nusa Dua but the first time at this resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to provide the following feedback. We stayed on the All Inclusive Package. Positives: . Overall great customer service especially at the Chess Bar, around the pool and the Lobby bar . Overall great quality and selection of food in all restaurants
Not so Positives: . We stayed in room 3139 which was very dark and dated. Dark bathroom with water from shower leaking all over bathroom floor whilst using. We tried to combat this with towels all over floor but with no real success . We were at the resort to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We did inform the resort prior to arriving and received an email back to say that this would be recognised. Unfortunately there was no recognition and on showing the email received to the front desk they did some towel art on the bed the next day. . The General Manager - although proactive in his response to customer feedback on TripAdvisor is invisible at the resort. We never saw him once and myself having spent 40 years as a GM and CEO would have thought a few appearances would be beneficial and customer centric. eg hosting a customer welcome drinks session, a few words at one of the thrice weekly shows/buffets etc
I was going to discuss the opportunity of bringing a delegation of 50 customers to the resort next year for a Conference but based on his lack of presence have decided to pursue this with another resort,
Must Stay in Bali
Wonderful experience there is so much choice for food and restaurants each day, wine on offer each day happy hour. Massages. Do the Palace club the breakfast setting in the garden of a morning was an absolute highlight of each day. Portion size is perfect. I will be back!

Great experience in Nusa Dua. Location is fantastic, beautiful beaches and the spa facilities are truly amazing.
