Holiday and mulia
I really liked my stay here and Roso was my favourite he was very kind and nice and helpful he made my holiday and pool game was great with basket ball

Great stay amazing food great customer service especially Roso very kind and hardworking. Pool game is so nice with aerobics and basketball and water polo great views with a good beach
Group Fitness MMA
The MMA class at the Fitness Center was by far the best activity I experienced. Coach Vivi’s karate-based instruction was exceptional. Her leadership, the structure of the program, and the positive energy she brought to every session were simply outstanding. I can’t recommend this class highly enough.
Not a very good experience at the Mulia
Sadly we had a really bad experience at the Mulia hotel. From the cold reception at arrival through to issues with loud Fireworks at night waking our kids, and issues with the kids club.. however the biggest issue we had was when we addressed our concerns at the start of the trip the lack of customer care in working with us to help resolve the issues. We were forced to book elsewhere as we were that unhappy and as the Mulia refused to refund us any money for our 8 day stay we were severely out of pocket but felt we had no other option. The lack of any accountability for the issues we faced was the biggest concern. Please be careful of booking here they won’t take any feedback and try to resolve anything for you once you’ve paid in our experience. Wouldn’t been offer a free buffet lunch on departure.
Wonderful vacation
