Old but comfy with great staff
Lovely welcome by Rey,I think Accor ambasador,she couldnt do enough for me,I was so grateful,my first visit to Bali in too many yrs to rem. All staff were very kind,food was ok,Im such a finiky eater,but f+b kids were great Rooms,I had junior suite,very run down,but clean,they are refurbishing? Handy for everything I needed,but quiet too Dreadful grey hard towels,but when you see what ppl do with them! Tried spa,but was dis.used La luna just 5 min away,kind owner did comp. Pick up! Lovely massage! Rey,again org.uber to Sanur mercure where I had a great week

Nice staycation
For sure will comeback.. the room is clean and neat
Decent stay
Had a good, value-for-money stay. WiFi was good all around the resort. Breakfast quality could be improved. Room was decent; but toilet smelt like pee and the bathroom floor is very slippery. Water pressure not so good as well.
Decent gym that opens till 9pm.
