Amazing and friendly
It was amazing. The staff were very friendly. Wira was amazing in the teens club. He played everything with the kids, table tennis, pool, bowling. Would recommend to anyone going with kids

Great hospitality & food with a small gripe.
We wanted adults only, all inclusive, top class food and great service with a smile, al a carte dining, amazing clean room, luxurious grounds, comfy sun-beds, quiet pool area (no piped music), and as previously visited this hotel in 2019 we had high expectations. We booked the Reserve adults only at Paradisus by Meliá Bali already knowing these standards could be met. The staff at the Reserve are exceptional and are the ones that make this area of the hotel outstanding. I would particilarly like to thank Artawiguna, Arsa, Yuli sapitri, Rini, Oka, Darma, Nina, Resti, Dika, Velicia,,Yuli and Arlan for looking after us and making our holiday the best it could possibly be. I would also like to thank the rest of the staff at the Reserve, the chefs, kitchen staff, gardeners for doing an exceptional job. ( This is how hospitality should look like in every hotel). The attention to detail and thoroughness, maintaining such high standards can only be applauded. I would also like to thank Adi at the Kanna restaurant you are a great guy, also our room attendants Suardana & Hendra for clean room & towel art, keep up the good work Our only area of dissatisfaction which the hotel had no control over was the noise around the Reserve pool and on the beach. The Bali Provincial Government was undertaking a wave breaker using heavy machinery to move heavy boulders to create this structure. This loud noise from this machinery (200 yards from the beach) started at 08.30 - 21.00 hrs (under floodlight) with a break for lunch, every day. The beach area was just a non starter and when we were looking for serenity around the pool, this was broken by the loud clunking and thudding by the government workforce & machinery doing their daily work. Our expression of dissatisfaction has been lodged with our tour operator Emirates who should have informed us of this work as it had been ongoing since July. Apparently this work is now completed. We will definately return to the Reserve as the great hospitality we received from the above mentioned staff made us feel really welcomed and truly cared for, your professionalism is second to none, we cannot wait to see you all once again.

It was such wordeful hotel nice breakfast nice room and the biggest kids club with the cheerfull staff specially dita, nikita, angel and graney thank you ❤️🌸
