Melia Bali Villas and Spa Resort

We were in The Reserve section, and it was ideal for us who were looking for an adults- only, tranquil environment Absolutely ALL the staff, without exception, were nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived until our departure, they were non stop enquiring and going out of their way when necessary to make certain that our every needs were satisfied. But what truly distinguishes Paradisus Bali from many other great resorts we've stayed at, is the genuine warmth and profound sincerity you feel from ALL the staff as if they were welcoming you into their own home. Food was excellent. Resort impeccably clean. We highly recommend .

We spent 4 nights here as a family of 3 (our daughter is 2 years old) and we absolutely cannot wait to be back ! The resort was incredible, the pools were amazing, the waterslides at the splash park were perfect for all ages, the food really good and the attention to detail was wonderful. Staff were always trying to accomodate our needs. There are plenty of food options, we ate at the Spanish, Lebanese and Japanese restaurants and they were all really good and very accomodating to kids. The in room dining food was very good with plenty of options and all a very high quality. Breakfast buffet was also great with every option you can think of and more - including a supervised indoor kids play area. The rooms were turned over every morning before lunch which was fantastic with a 2 year old needing a midday nap. Our only two small negatives were that the service at the pool was sometimes slow and pool lunch menu was unavailable to order before 11.30am which isn’t great for a hungry toddler wanting lunch before a midday nap. But these were super minor and did not impact our overall experience. We will be back!
