House keeping legend!
Great facilities unbelievably helpful and clean massive shout out to our fabulous house keeper Made Rizki he was more than helpful with all our needs even if it was outside his own normal tasks. Spotless clean every day always left extra towels for us! He made out stay especially pleasant!
Best Family Resort in Bali
We had such a lovely stay here. The resort is beautiful and all their facilities are next level, including for the kids club and kids waterpark.
Our kids having a great time at the kids club. They we're always excited to go back every day. Big thanks to kids club team!! Especially to Indah, Aci, Ari and Sasih 🙌 they're mare our holiday extra special.

The Reserve at Paradisus Bali was honestly one of the most memorable and relaxing holidays we have ever had!
I can not recommend The Reserve highly enough. Having travelled to many countries, The Reserve has hospitality like no other. It is like it's own luxury retreat within the resort.
The main reason for our stay being so incredible was the staff. Every single person we met at The Reserve went above and beyond. Their kindness made such a positive impact on our holiday.
We were warmly welcomed by the lovely Dewi with a fresh coconut with our names on it! It made us feel very special right from the start. Throughout our stay, the Reserve reception team (Dewi, Aldi and Anti) were absolutely wonderful. They were always happy to help with everything we needed and we had a dedicated WhatsApp contact to assist with restaurant bookings, day trips and late checkout.
The most impressive offer was that after checking out, we were still able to enjoy our all-inclusive benefits until we left for the airport. This was incredible as our flight wasn't until 11pm and this is in fact the only place we have stayed that has allowed this! It made a huge difference in the end to our holiday - ensuring it ended on such a positive note.
I would absolutely recommend booking the all-inclusive package at The Reserve, it is exceptional value and the restaurants are fantastic.
Everyone at Sante Restaurant deserves a special mention - they really were the highlight of our stay. Rini, Yuli, Clarence, Suarni, Eka, Eky, Nina and Resti were all so warm, welcoming and genuinely happy to be there. They learnt our names, took time out of their day to chat with us and teach us about their beautiful culture and even remembered exactly what we liked to order each day. They even suprised us with fresh mangosteen at breakfast - so yummy! It was lovely to start each day with their smiling faces.
The Reserve pool team are also incredible. Ardo, Oka, Mahendra, Arta Wiguna, Eka, Darma and Dewa Adi provided impeccable service every single day. They were always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed (including special non-alcoholic drinks) and never made anything seem like too much trouble.
The staff at The Reserve really are very special. Not only do they provide amazing hospitality, they genuinely care about making your holiday unforgettable. It is unlike anything I've ever experienced before and we are so grateful to everyone who made our stay so special. We look forward to coming back to Paradisus very very soon! You have gained lifelong guests!
Kids club
Kidos are really love the kids club. First thing first in the morning is KIDSS CLUBBB!!!!! They have a big water park and also every night roasted marshmallow. Big shout out all the kids club Ladies!! Aci,Indah,Eka,Nikita was Incredible
Birthday surprise
At the end of a great day of birthday celebrations, Alisa was surprised by our industrious housekeepers who had left a message in our room. Thanks Yuni and Dewi, it was much appreciated!
