SIMPLY THE BEST IN BALI JUST GOT BETTER
My wife and I stayed at Paradisus (ex Melia) for the fourth time in five years in Aug 26. Once again, the resort did not disappoint with everything perfect and we were made to feel very well looked after. The rooms, food, drinks, snacks, coffee, water sports, facilities, pools, beach etc were fantastic. The refurbishment is exceptional and definitely elevates the guest experience. The best thing about Paradisus is without a doubt the staff. It was great to see so many faces from our last stay welcoming us once again. Eduardo, your staff are exceptional and should be congratulated - and that goes for everyone including room staff, gardeners, everyone is making Paradisus what it is. We are booked to come back May 27. We will not stay anywhere else in Bali.

Best place evrr!
I absolutely love this! This is such a brilliant place for teens to hang out and have fun! 🎳 The bowling is so much fun, the atmosphere is great, and the vibe is always so positive. The service is amazing, and the staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Alep and Wira! They really made the experience even better. ⭐️
Definitely a place I would recommend to teens looking for a fun time with friends and family! 🙌
Paradisus free medical clinic staff - excellent
Unfortunately due to an accident we had to use the medical clinic at the Paradisus Melia which is free. it is an excellent service . All the nurses were excellent. In particular we mostly saw Nurse Arya and he was professional and very caring.

Good kidsclub good staff Angel Dita Maria
I can say that this is the best kids club in Bali and our best holiday for a week in here, first they provide so many various of activities for adults and chidren we love so much the movie cinema and marshmellow on the beach, Especially thanks to Maria Angel Dita Ella Nikita Eka you guys are amazing,,,,

High prices terrible service
We stay here in June 2026 they had building work going on which meant the pool was noisy full of workers and restaurant closed. They did not let us know and kept the prices at a premium to stay. The management are terrible at communication it has now been 41 business day since we left and my card has not been unheld with the funds for the deposit. I have emailed and just get a generic email back. Would not stay again.
