Relax chilling vibe for a good break away from the tiring city life
Waking up to a fantastic beach front resort view of the ocean , plenty of sea sports activities at cheaper rates and saving you the hassle of travelling time to other parts of the island . Friendly and accommodating staffs.
Bracelet activitiy
Wonderful experience all round. Anjas was an excellent host during bracelet making activity. What an amazing staff member. We loved everything of our stay 💯. Thanks a million everyone
Fabulous stay
We spent four days at this beautiful hotel as a group of seven — six adults and one 17-year-old — and had a fantastic stay.
There are activities offered every day, and it was surprising how few guests took advantage of them. But we certainly did! We enjoyed yoga, water aerobics, stretching, a cycling tour, bracelet making and stone painting. The activities were all great fun and added so much to our stay. Thank you to Anjas Pal and Aijana.
We all agreed that the breakfast was outstanding. The ginger and turmeric shot is highly recommended, and the green juice and scrambled eggs were honestly the best I’ve had anywhere.
We also enjoyed the special BBQ, which was fantastic value at just under AU$12 per person for our group of seven.
The hotel itself is definitely 5-star, but what really stood out to us was the staff. The lovely “SMILE” T-shirts say a lot about the culture here. Management should be congratulated on creating such positive staff morale — the genuine smiles, friendliness and 5-star customer service were evident throughout our stay.
We would happily recommend this holiday experience to anyone.

Great family holiday location, staff are amazing!
Thank you so much to the team at Holiday Inn for making our family holiday of 7 an enjoyable one! In our group we had a number of requests surrounding bed arrangements and also a soy and sesame allergy. The team were excellent at handling all these requests and went out of their way to help. The staff were so friendly the whole time and went out of their way to remember our families names! A huge shout out to Kiya, Rhiann, Pal and Digo for their fantastic efforts the service and hospitality was 10/10! Whilst the rooms aren’t the Sofitel or the Ritz it’s more than comfortable and for the price point you can’t really ask for much more, we loved the pools overlooking the beach. The resort is smaller than many but it has an intimate feel and is perfect for your next family holiday! There was also 3 pools and lots of space, alongside a separate kids area. We were a little worried about all the kids but the hotel team seemed to run a fantastic kids club that kept the kids busy and engaged so the resort felt relaxing despite the little ones! I also made use of the gym which was basic but quiet and clean! We also made the most of all the complimentary activities, please note they only have 5 bikes! The staff running the activities were fantastic and it was lovely to learn a little culture too! The beach out front is super clean and the hotel is immaculate despite some minor cosmetic issues in the rooms. I was super impressed with the breakfast and the staff were very accomodating with the allergy in our group! A great experience, I’d recommend to anyone after a relaxing time in Nusa Dua for a reasonable price!

Probably the best resort/hotel experience we had
An absolutely wonderful resort where everything is simply on point — spotless, safe, great food and beautiful facilities. But what truly makes this place special is the incredible staff. Everyone is so kind, attentive and genuinely caring towards guests.
A special thank you to Nodi, who was exceptionally warm, helpful and attentive to our one-and-a-half-year-old son. He absolutely adored her! ❤️ Her kindness made our stay even more memorable, and we will definitely remember her.
We had a fantastic family stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!
