Feel like family! An enjoyable stay!
What a wonderful stay. This hotel is a little more north than our previous stays in Nusa Dua, but it was worth it. Small enough to get to know the staff well and feel known and cared for. The pool was a hit, great to supervise kids playing yet relaxing to view the sea too. Family friendly options, kids club was great even for slightly older children where they could just hang out for free moments to enjoy a quiet moment. Gym was great too.

Kids club and family room
A great located hotel. We stayed here for four nights and enjoyed our time, the staff are exceptionally helpful and really go above and beyond. Special thanks to Ina and Lia at the kids club for entertaining alba (and all the other ladies) she really enjoyed a couple of hours a day away from the sun. She particularly enjoyed the pizza making and the bracelet making! She’s actually never wanted to stay in a club on holiday before and this time she was actively asking to go and that’s all down to the staff! Thank you for letting mum and dad have a few alone walks! A great family, modern and staff motivated hotel- they really make it. The family suite was great too- originally we were in a bunk bed kids room but it was right on the very noisy road- I would therefore recommend the family suite for a more tranquil stay- the owners need to invest in triple glazing for the rooms out the front. Thanks also to Deska - a lovely lady that always greeted alba when we were at Nudi! We would return.
Wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua
Our stay was wonderful. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The kids club staffs are also very attentive and kind. Our kids were very happy and love all the actovities at the kids club. Thank you Miss Diah and friends at the Kids Club
You'll never want to leave
The best location at the beachside, great pool by the beach, though the middle pool is a bit cold. Great staff and helpful. The food were excellent. Fast internet.
Best experience in Bali
It was our first time visiting this place. The breakfast was great; pool was clean. We particularly loved this place since it had kids club. All the staff members (Ina, Diah, Lia, Dewi, Hera) were so friendly and fun. My son wanted to go back to kids club from day one till the end of the stay. They had fun and engaging activities and everyone was so caring.
