Wonderful experience
We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Bali Nusa Dua! We stayed in Standard Room 2404 and had a truly pleasant experience.
A special mention to Oka, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. He was always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. His warm and friendly attitude made our stay even more memorable.
Overall, we were touched by the warmth and hospitality of the Balinese people. Everyone was so humble, welcoming, and always greeted us with a beautiful smile. ❤️

Just wow!
Day two of our three day mini stay. Absolutely stunning hotel and executive lounge. Some noise from the adjacent hotel renovations but, that is what it is and out of the control of the hotel so I'm not marking this down. We travelled as a couple but there is plenty to do for children here. The bars and restaurants are amazing, the rooms are lovely with large enough balconies but the best thing about the place is the staff. We're no strangers to holidays and we know good service when we get it but the service at this place is next level and makes us want to come back, before we've left. Thank you in particular to Agus (I think) who took our cases to our rooms and dropped us at the lounge after 24 hours of travel last night. Suetri, who arranged our room swap this morning and the team in the executive lounge this evening (without doubt, the most beautiful one we've been in), Sobrati, Anggi, Ribi, Reza, Ayu, Dedek, Rani, Jyoti.

Wonderful Hospitality
Bagus was absolutely wonderful. He always greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel very comfortable. Even though English is not his first language, he made a real effort to communicate with us, and we were able to enjoy our conversations without any stress. One day, when we passed each other, I mentioned that I was going back to my room to relax. Later, he kindly surprised me with a complimentary cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it made me very happy. His kindness, smile, and hospitality made our stay even more special. Thank you so much!

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Bali Resort, and I would especially like to thank the amazing lounge team for their warm hospitality and exceptional service. Great food, incredible staff.
We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton and enjoyed an exceptional dining experience at Elara Restaurant. The food was beautifully prepared, delicious, and full of flavour (the gambas pil pil is out of this world). Chef Dwi is remarkable, and the entire team were incredibly warm, attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome. Note, If you have any issues with your stay, dont leave it until you get home and then leave a poor review. Instead, speak to management straight away and they will do their best to resolve any issues. Great team, great place.
