Relaxed and rejuvenated head spa
Just had a couples water healing head spa, it was amazing! So relaxing and rejuvenating. Both Derai and Suhar were incredible therapists both very calming and professional. Really enjoyed the water healing head spa. My hair feels so soft.

Amazing resort! It was our first time in Bali so we were a bit nervous about what to expect. The staff have been nothing but amazing and friendly. Our children have been well catered for with their allergy requirements and the all inclusive with breakfast and dinner has taken out a lot of the stress.
Our family favourite has been the lazy river! But we can’t fault any of the other pools. Kids club has a good range and the resort itself is in a great location.

Grand Mirage Resort Thalasso Grand Cafe - Supervisor Dewa We have spent 7 days in Grand Mirage Resort Thalasso We are so impressed with friendly, helpful attitude of all staff in hotel. We were dining in Grand Cafe where Mr. Dewa was always there to help with organising speede service and with advise about the food we are not familiar with.
Here wae had absolutely the best service we ever had in any hotel and Mr Dewa played very significant part. He was very professional and with caring attitude since we are people in our seventies and we are very greatfull for this.

It was our first trip to Bali and we absolutely loved our stay at Grand Mirage. The staff were friendly and welcoming and always available with great recommendations when venturing out to explore. We hope to return in the future and thank the amazing resort for our family to be able to make lifelong memories together.

We had an amazing stay. The location was perfect, with plenty of local shops and restaurants just outside the hotel. It gave us the best of both worlds, a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere while still being close to the vibrant side of Bali, without the chaos of the city. The hotel was spotless and exceptionally well maintained. Every staff member was warm, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The food was outstanding, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality. We chose the all-inclusive package, which worked out really well for our family with the kids and offered great value. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a trip to Bali.
