overpriced room service Kids club amenities extremely over priced and certainly do not do the mermaid experience! A total rip off!!!!!! An absolute waste of time and especially money!!!

Another great stay!
We have loved our all inclusive stay again this year. The hotel is clean and grounds well maintained- very beautiful. Kids loved activities and plenty of options for food and drinks. We enjoyed all of the pool areas and the lazy river!
Special mention to Augus for his excellent service when dining and to Suriani for the most relaxing massage, facial and foot treatment at the Thalasso spa!
The Best and the worst
The Hotel is amazing and the services is very good. I have no complain on that. Only 2 things that I think is not good.
- The beach is not up to my expectation
- I had my worst buffet ever for my dinner. The Sea and Land buffet. The seafood is not fresh and in fact it taste very bad. The meat is normal and there is just few types of food available. The services is sub par compared to the overall hotel's service.

Amazing Family Holiday
We recently stayed at the Grand Mirage resort for the first time and we had an amazing time. From the room which was the kids suite, being 2 rooms to the 3 pools and lazy river and the variety of food and cuisines you cannot go wrong.
Our kids absolutely loved the kids club which was offered every day, the staff were amazing and the energy, costumes and generosity by Neka will have our children talking about until we come back. We also hired Neka as a nanny at night time and it was the best decision we made. Neka made our children feel comfortable, she brought toys and games and our kids were asking when she could come back. We cannot recommend her enough!
We loved our family holiday at Grand Mirage and we'll be back very soon.
