Best kids club!
Hotel fine but the staff at kids club were amazing!!!!!

My family and the family friend we went with had such an amazing time, the family paradise resort had everything we wanted and needed for our family. The meals and drinks were amazing and the staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful.
The Spa- French massage
The Thalasso Spa was amazing! Asih has magic hands. It was the best massage I've ever had. Wonderful service! Thank you Asih!!
Great family hotel
The hotel itself is very good, it particularly caters to children with a great kids club. My nine year old is at the age where he felt too old for a lot of the activities however he loved releasing baby turtles back into the ocean. The staff are amazing and no request was too much. Dewa in the Grand Cafe was amazing , serving me lattes with a smile at 545 am each day before the gym. He went out of his way to make my family feel welcome.
Great resort experience
All inclusive took all the stress away. Plenty of staff available whatever you needed. Very family friendly with lots of activity options. Felt very safe for families with kids.
