Such a beautiful resort
We had such a fantastic stay at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali! The resort was perfect for our family and we really enjoyed the whole atmosphere, beautiful facilities, food options and the range of things for the kids and us adults to do. I loved my massage with Raisa. The pools were fantastic, the lazy river and foam party were fun! The rooms were comfortable and the staff were always so friendly and helpful.
We especially loved how welcoming everyone was and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. A special thank you to Eva who was absolutely amazing with our two kids, she went above and beyond and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return to Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali again. It was a great family holiday and we were sad to leave!

Great for Young Families
Ayu, Dian, Sukma and Wini are all from the kids club. My children loved it there, they went pretty much everyday. We stayed 12 nights at Grand Mirage in an ocean view suite.

Amazing place to stay and the service was second to none. Food was delicious and plenty of it. The rooms were exceptionally clean and made up first thing in the morning. The pools were great with lots of activities for kids and adults, including a foam party on the Lazy River. The surrounds were beautifully kept and the gardens were luscious. Having the beach pretty much on your doorstep was a great plus also. The staff all round were so polite and happy that you could see they actually enjoyed their jobs. Value was great for what you got and I noticed that there was not a great deal of noise even though there were a lot of people visiting. We had a late flight home and we were given a complimentary late checkout which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel for couples and families alike and would love to return.

Absolutely perfect faultless accommodation
Cannot recommend enough. The most beautiful resort, located on its own private beach, a short airport transfer, the staff were welcoming, polite and could not do enough for us. The atmosphere was relaxing with a luxury vibe. We had an ocean view suite for a family of four. It was spacious and very comfortable. There were some families and some couples which was a perfect mix. Plenty of loungers and sun spots and seating all day long. A choice of pools. The swim up bar was lovely and the qdult only pool was very tranquil and you could press a button for service for drinks and food orders from your loungers. We made the most of the two items per person laundry for free each day and came home with very little washing. The food was incredible, delicious and varied 24 hours with something for even the pickiest eater. We loved the indian cuisine and the jukung grill for lunch made a mean steak. The beach was clean and safe and our two boys loved the water trampoline and slide in the sea water. The rooms wete kept immaculate. The mini bar restocked with drinks and snacks daily. The waterfall in reception took pur breayh away on arrival. There was a very varied drinks menu. The mocktails were out of this world! I would recommend a Violet. The Gala Dinners were brilliant with amazing entertainment. The lazy river was an amazing bonus! And the dubai cookies in the Lazy Bar were tasty! They made a huge deal on my birthday with a decorated table, and singing with a cake- i was made to feel very special. We arrived home and wish we were still there! There were no negatives and it was utterly faultless.
