Mediocre experience
Kind of disappointing. I went there as part of my honeymoon with my husband. The staff was very accommodating but our room was super humid (we were supposed to have a view of the ocean and I guess we did but we were also right above a pond/swamp for ducks) we had to ask for a dehumidifier which we emptied three times in two days. The family-oriented vibe is not what we expected but I guess we could have done more research on our part. The whole resort was too commercial for our taste (too many shops etc). My husband did love the gym facilities and we both enjoyed the kid-free pool by it. All in all a mediocre experience.
Great place for families
Great place for families . We got a package with food at it was amazing . Highly recommend. Loved the spa and team around the pool . So relaxing

Beautiful resort and food but some work to do here to cater for people with food allergies
À very nice resort with wonderful restaurants, however if you have food allergies I would not necessarily recommend a longer stay as the limited menu feels restrictive.
Superb experience at Grand Hyatt, Bali
Every thing is superb !!!! Rooms are comfortable, Breakfast is sumptous, cleanliness is next level, all amenities are provided and the location is also good. Beach is well maintained and so is the pool.

Relaxing and fun holiday with young kidsids
Absolutely fantastic experience with three little kids. It was the easiest and most relaxing holiday. The F&B package was worth it, the kids enjoyed the pools and the staff were fantastic.
