Amazing staff and amazing food Staff were always very helpful and had a massive smile on their face. They were very friendly I can’t even name one staff more than the rest as they were all very helpful in their own way. Amazing room with a balcony and a good view.
I want to give a big shout out to all the staff as this was definitely service with a smile and it was genuine. Thank you so much for making our stay in Bali excellent.

My Hotel Experience – 4.7/5 Stars The hotel is rated as a 5-star property, and in my opinion, it truly deserves that rating. The rooms are modern, well-equipped, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The staff really make an effort to make guests feel welcome and appreciated from the moment they arrive. The reception staff especially deserve a raise! I was welcomed very warmly when I arrived. They took care of my luggage and directed me to the reception desk, where I was greeted with a smile. They explained everything clearly and provided me with all the necessary information about what was included in my package. This team also deserves 5 stars for their professionalism and hospitality. I would also like to mention the service in the restaurants. The staff are friendly, professional, and always happy to escort you to an available table. You can choose from a buffet, where you can select whatever you like, or order from the à la carte menu. Personally, I prefer the à la carte option because I enjoy choosing exactly what I want to eat. The waiters are very helpful and are happy to recommend dishes and explain what is included in your package, as well as what you should definitely try. Their recommendations were spot on! I tried several local specialties and was absolutely impressed with the food. The drinks were also served very well, and the overall service was excellent. Now, regarding the hotel's outdoor facilities: there are two large swimming pools for relaxation, a children's pool, and a lazy river that goes around the entire interior of the resort. The pool staff are also very attentive and will bring you drinks of your choice. There is even a bar located on a small island right in the middle of the pool, which is a really nice touch. The only thing that bothered me was that the hotel is not directly on the beach. You have to walk there or use the free shuttle service provided by the hotel. However, the beach is reserved for hotel guests and has dedicated sun loungers. The beach itself is beautiful and clean. The water is very shallow, which is great for families and for anyone who enjoys walking far out into the sea. You can go almost 100 metres from the shore and the water still does not reach more than about 180 cm in depth.

We booked a Premium Deluxe room, 41 sq m, 3rd floor via Trip.com. Both size and floor were essential for us — that's exactly why we chose this hotel.

At check-in, reception said that "Trip.com did not request the 3rd floor" and refused to place us there. They offered the 2nd floor. We agreed because we were promised "exactly the same room". It took almost an hour to sort out and get the room.

In reality, the room on the 2nd floor measured 6.3 × 5.44 m, i.e. about 34.3 sq m. For comparison: the Premium Deluxe at this hotel is listed as 41 sq m on the 3rd floor on official booking channels. The difference is almost 7 sq m — roughly 17% of the area we paid for. The floor was also not the one in our booking.

So we were sold 41 sq m on the 3rd floor and given 34 sq m on the 2nd.

Why mislead — frankly, deceive — guests so blatantly and charge for square meters that don't exist?

Advice for future guests: if size and floor matter to you, demand a measurement and the correct floor at check-in, film it, document the discrepancy, and contact Trip.com for a refund of the difference. The hotel apparently counts on no one checking.
