The best holiday in Nusa Dua
Our holiday was amazing at the Conrad Bali. We are a family with a 4YO and 19months old Everything was above our expectations: Location - perfect in front of a beautiful and clean beach with clean water Service: 5 star rating - everyone at Conrad resort is so kind and helpful. They help you in everything and they make you feel so spoiled FOod - so many choices and very yummy dishes. Kids services also very appreciated by the little ones who played in the kids club and made lots of arts and crafts

Conrad Bali gave us the best resort experience we have ever had, primarily because of their exceptional service!
While the facilities might not be the newest or the most luxurious in the world, the heartwarming hospitality easily makes it our absolute favorite. Almost every staff member we encountered was incredibly welcoming and would always greet us warmly with a smile whenever we walked by.
We absolutely love lounging at beach resorts. First of all, we want to say a huge thank you to Christian Fernando, our Conrad Curator. He is incredibly thoughtful and warm, making our entire stay completely seamless. From check-in to check-out, he handled all our requests perfectly. When we encountered a minor issue during our stay, his response was incredibly swift. He is the best Curator we have ever met! He truly made our stay memorable.
The resort features a massive pool and stunning views. During the day, you can swim in the shaded areas near the buildings to avoid the direct sun. After sunset, swimming in the huge 1.2m-deep main pool is incredibly relaxing. We also highly recommend the drinks from the pool bar—they are surprisingly good and perfect for a lazy afternoon!
The location is super convenient. Just outside the resort, you can find supermarkets selling water and drinks at normal prices, along with plenty of local restaurants. We also had two amazing meals at the resort's restaurants. Eight Degrees South offers fantastic seafood—we chose a set menu that even included half a lobster! But the best meal we had in all of Indonesia was the RIJSTTAFEL at Suku restaurant. The presentation was beautiful, and the waiter introduced each dish to us in detail. It was incredibly delicious and an absolute must-try!
Right on the public beach in front of the resort, there are local water sports centers with very reasonable prices, and you can even get a local beach massage for just 150K IDR per hour, which is super convenient and a great deal.
The resort is only a 20-minute drive from the airport, making it so easy to switch right into vacation mode after landing.
Both of us are already looking forward to coming back to Conrad Bali in the future!

The Conrad Bali, what an amazing place!
The Conrad Bali is a fantastic place to stay. It’s in a superb location in Nusa Dua, with easy access from the airport but without being under the flight path. The hotel is right on the beach, with a walking path that takes you to the end of the peninsula. I’d highly recommend exploring it on foot, as it’s a great way to discover the area beyond the hotel.
The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, and the shower was amazingly powerful! The staff are a real highlight, everyone was incredibly warm and helpful which felt incredibly honest.
The dining options are excellent. Suku, the main restaurant, offers a huge variety of cuisines, with the hot food station serving something different every evening. Rin, the Japanese restaurant, was delicious. The set menu was generous and made for a fantastic meal.
The swimming pools are seriously impressive. The main pool is roughly 35 x 38 metres, which is huge, and the connecting pools are even bigger. There’s plenty of space to swim and relax without feeling cramped. The pools alone offer serious wow factor!
All in all, it’s a beautiful hotel. You’d have to try pretty hard to find fault with it! It ticks all the boxes for location, comfort, service, food and facilities, without costing an arm and a leg. Take me back there!

Lovely stay at Conrad Bali - made memorable by a fantastic team
The team at Conrad Bali is top notch. They anticipate our needs and try their best to with our requests. We were a group of 14 with 7 rooms across the property. The property is huge with many pools and lots of trees. I am surprised the property is very well maintained as we can tell the tiles are new, grass is perfectly manicured and the pool is very clean.

Exceptional hotel the staff make this place they are warm friendly and genuinely care for you as the guest. We have been coming her for over 10 years and it is always the same wonderful service. Staff are long term employees and very engaged.
