Genuine Balinese warmth and welcoming
The people here are so lovely! Every Balinese staff was genuinely warm and welcoming. The security gentleman picked frangipani for me when he noticed I arrived with a flower in my hair and later didn’t have one. It was such a kind extra gesture! The attendant who helped either my luggage was from a village I was just visiting, and had a lovely conversation. The woman at front desk went the extra mile too. Overall, a 5-star experience and more ❤️🙏

I definitely recommend this hotel!
We really loved the hotel! The building’s architecture is interesting and looks incredible. The grounds are well-maintained and lush with greenery—it’s a pleasure to walk around. The pool is warm and—importantly—regularly cleaned, making it pleasant to swim in at any time.
The staff are outstanding: polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms look great, featuring modern interiors and interesting design touches. Housekeeping is daily and the rooms are kept spotless—absolutely no complaints.
The breakfast buffet is excellent, offering a wide variety to suit every taste. The food in the restaurant is also delicious and served quickly; room service is available, too—convenient if you don't feel like going out.
It’s a 15-minute walk to the beach, and the hotel also runs a shuttle service.
The only downside is that soundproofing in the rooms is poor. Installing door seals might solve the problem.
