The Hotel Lobby and Restaurant is very good and all of the staff in Lobby , Restaurant , Housekeeping is very friendly especially Widiana , Toya , Soma , Udiana , Resi, Danan , Febrian, Daniel , Mita , Prananda , Wulan , Pak Putu , Waluyo , Shinta , Krisna , Mahendra , Lilis , Ari , Tya , Surya , Heka , Uno , Mahendra , Bagus , Juliarta , Reynaldo , Hari , Sapta , Ode.

Amazing place
This hotel is the best option in Nusa Dua. 5 minutes from the best beaches, far from the crowd of tourists, but so close from the main activities. The breakfast is absolutely divine, many choices with local and occidental food. The staff is so nice. Resi at the reception always available for help or advice. Rooms are big enough, as big as the room in more luxury hotel but half the price. I was travelling with my 21yo daughter and I will definitely come back to Bali Nusa Dua Hotel.
