This has by far been the best holiday we have ever had. We had a gorgeous one bed villa with private pool. It was very private and amenities were perfect 👌 The whole team went beyond and seemed to anticipate our every need. My husband and I will definately be back. A week was not enough. Thank you to all the team members who made our stay superb! Don’t even look at another property in Nusa Dua, this has been the best one we have stayed at in Bali and we have stayed at quite a few of them. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
We have just finished an 8 day stay at this resort.
I am a Platinum Elite Bonvoy member and stay at numerous Marriott branded locations throughout the year.
This is an Autograph collection resort and is up there with the very best.
The resort is serene and tranquil and ideal for couples looking to relax. The resort facilities are all first class and the villas themselves are private and secluded offering a very relaxed and luxurious accommodation. The outdoor living area in particular is outstanding and we made full use of the accommodation and private pool.
While all of this makes this resort special, the biggest reason to visit here are the staff. They are all outstanding. There is nothing at all that is too much trouble and they will go above and beyond to ensure that you have a wonderful time at the resort. They were extremely helpful in supporting us with transportation and arrangements for our excursions in Bali and I cannot recommend all of the staff at this resort highly enough.
The food at the resort restaurants is excellent as well and always served with a smile and a positive attitude.
If you are thinking of going to Bali and the Nusa Dua region, we would highly recommend the Amarterra as the best place to stay innth area. Simply wonderful and we will return.
I had a fantastic time at amaterra. Bayu the front desk staff was excellent help throughout the stay.
What an amazing resort!! We stayed here for one night and it was an amazing experience. The staff was amazing and make our experience very enjoyable. Amazing attention to detail. We had our daughters b'day and they made sure to make it special. Gave us a room upgrade along with breakfast. This is a Marriott property and is very well maintained and ran by outstanding staff.
Having stayed 16 nights at the stunning Amarterra Villas Resort last year, we'd been counting the days until we could return. The 19 nights we just spent there didn't disappoint!
The villas are spacious, beautifully appointed and meticulously maintained. The daily room service not only includes the villa, but also the garden and pool!
Dining options are plentiful. The breakfast is fabulous with many dishes to choose from on the a-la-carte menu (in addition to the buffet) and the chef even invented a gluten-free version of french toast for my husband. Happy Hour and dinner is also served in the Maja restaurant and there are also Balinese and Indonesian dinners served by the expansive infinity 'ponds' and the new Beach BBQ was delicious! We were also lucky enough to experience the first ever 'Wine Dinner' which was simply fantastic.
The team looking after us during our stay provide exceptional service. Every single person you encounter is warm, friendly and will go out of their way to please. Nothing is too much trouble.
In summary, next year we'll extend our stay to 21 nights. The location, villas, dining options, facilities and proximity to the Bali Collection and nearby resorts and restaurants mean that we don't have to go anywhere else. If you're after a true get-away in understated luxury you simply can't go past divine Amarterra!
