Fabulous Hotel
Love this Hotel. It's away from street noise, clean, tidy, great service with an amazing breakfast included. Not a lot of partying around the pool either plus they have some cool toys you could hire for the pool. The only complant was being woken around 12am - 1am a few times by people above us, so we will ask for a room on the top floor next time.

Perfect for a family holiday
The pool is a fantastic feature and the kids had a great time playing in there, the pool toys and floating loungers were a welcome addition. I also loved that the design of the hotel and pool ensures you can be in the shade all day if you are willing to me around as the day progresses. Or the sun if that's your thing. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, right across from the beach and a short walk to Legian shops.

Exceptional
Spent 15 nights at the Stones Hotel recently, highly recommend ! accomodation, food and beverage, cleanliness and friendly staff ..fantastic , special mention to Sari in guest relations for her exceptional helpful service she really went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful thanks again aee you next year!

Had a great experience at our recent stay, service was amazing always made sure if we needed anything they would help straight away. The pool was always clean and fresh towels always available Noise level was appropriate for surroundings, Great value especially for the room Tab And location was great close by to the beach, restaurants and spas And atmosphere was always great
Just ok in my opinion
Stayed at the stones for 14 nights usually stay at an older Balinese style resort so was excited to try this place, wanted to love it but just couldn’t. Massive lovely pool but not enough sunbeds that I’m sure people got up at 6am to reserve and not sit on until midday so could never get one.
Waited well over 15 mins at the pool bar for a drink (a simple beer) along with many others that were complaining.
People using their fingers at the buffet instead of tongs supplied in front of staff who said nothing.
Every single morning my coffee order came incorrectly and the water for the tea in the teapot was like warm at best - not exaggerating.
The buildings in the driveway leading into the hotel are run down and could do with some love considering they are the first impression of the hotel.
Rooms were nice and clean with good view of pool.
Gym was good and well appointed.
I personally think for the price point there could be improvements.
