Dishonesty unfortunately ruined giving a good review
Lovely hotel but watch out for laundry staff dishonestyWhile Sevn Legian is a lovely property, our holiday was ruined by a dishonest staff member. The younger man who collects the laundry pocketed my payment. Because the hallway security camera blocks out the view of our bedroom door, the hotel made me pay twice.After the second payment, the employee seemingly avoided returning our clothes, and they weren't brought to the room the following day despite the front desk requesting it. This experience was incredibly disappointing and made me extremely weary about leaving anything in our room. A real shame.
Great stay at the Sevn
Absolutely awesome, friendly service very helpful, great location and close to beach. Staff were fantastic Adhi was very accommodating. Will definitely be back again 🙌🏽🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😁😁🤙🏽
