Amazing facilities and atmosphere. Nothing to fault . Location is suburb and close proximity to everything. Staff are so helpful. Great value for money . Rooms are clean.

Comfy beds/roof top pool
Hotel was in a great location for shopping. Bed was really comfortable. I love that they provide filtered water dispensers on each floor so you can refill your water jug in your room.
Infinity roof top pool was lovely, you can even see the ocean from the pool

Disappointing Stay
Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing overall. On one occasion, we rushed out of our room specifically so housekeeping could clean it, only to return later and find that the room had not been cleaned at all.
We also requested for our linens to be changed, but the pillowcases were still dirty afterwards. Throughout our stay, we regularly didn’t have enough towels or toilet paper in the room and had to call reception to request more. Each time, it took around 5–10 minutes for these basic necessities to be brought to us, which became frustrating.
The hotel is also located in a very busy and noisy area, with a lot of traffic, so it wasn’t particularly peaceful.
The breakfast buffet was another disappointment, with the food quality being quite poor and not what we expected.
On a positive note, the bar and pool area were wonderful, and the bartenders were lovely, friendly and welcoming. They were definitely a highlight of our stay.
Overall, while there were some positives, the cleanliness, housekeeping and basic room service fell well below our expectations. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
