Amazing stay
Amazing stay. Humble staff. Great survice
Time for a change and upgrade
Visible impression: Although this hotel looks quite nice at first glance, it’s clearly time for an upgrade and renovation.
Walls, floors and ceiling all have quite the wart and tear. Visible scratches, quick paint fixes (not even same color code) and semi broken bits and parts.
Sleeping: Beds where squeaky, but sleeping quality quite nice apart from this. Should have offered a pillow menu at 5 stars, but unfortunately not.
Cleaning/hygiene: not impressed by the cleaning routines. Found a 2 year old praline in wrap on one of the pictureframes and this actually says it all.
Bathrooms: Well equipped, but unfortunately it also seems quite old and worn down. Also suffers from poor cleaning routines as there where quite an lot of visible dust in places not hard to reach.
Staff: General staff quite serviceminded and always meet you with a smile. At the pool bar the service level is way beyond par unfortunately, as here things moves in extremely slow speed and points to poor training. The management though, this is another story. We had an issue we wanted to resolve with the front desk manager. This person had a bit too high thoughts of his English skills, so we had to repeat someone the things he said to make sure we got it right. This resulted in him being visible annoyed and he started to mansplain everything and even started to draw illustrations. Quite embarrassing. If the rest of the management have the same attitude as the front manager, there’s is no question why this resort gets so many minuses in my book. Poorly managed people performs thereafter.
Only reason for giving 3 points (and not 2) is the kindness of their general staff.

Great staff & great location
Great location for access to beach and shops, extensive buffet breakfast and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had an issue with our room first night and they upgraded us to another room. Infinity pool also with bar. Our transfer wasn’t until 6:00pm on departure day and Dila and Dodi were only to happy to assist with a later checkout, what also helped was my Accore + and Explorer membership which also gave us discount on all food and drinks on our stay.

We will be back for our annual conference
One of the best business hotels I have stayed in. Everyone was very accomodating and nothing was a trouble. The conference facility, rooms, dinners etc were all fantastic
