Pullman guests pestered by sales representative
Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent, the service good and the food amazing. Just one drawback. We were repeatedly approached by Accor representatives trying to sign us up to the "vacation club", requesting us to attend a 1.5 hour "presentation" in exchange for hotel credits. Despite saying no, they kept coming. One man even posed as front office admin staff checking to see if everything was OK. We could not enjoy our breakfast in peace without being approached and this occurred on a daily basis over our five day stay.
Great location and good for families
Stayed in a Junior Suite Room 2422 on the 4th floor Good pool - nice and warm and spent some time in the adults only pool too with great views Great location and all staff were friendly Great buffet breakfast Room clean but smelt musty Could often hear the neighbours in adjacent room

A Genuinely Excellent Stay
The suite was spacious, quiet and very comfortable, the service throughout was excellent, and breakfast had a great selection with really good quality across the board.
But the standout for me was actually the pre-arrival service. I had a few logistics and arrangements that needed to be sorted before I arrived, and everything was handled effortlessly. No chasing, no confusion, no unnecessary back-and-forth. Just capable, polished service from the outset.
In fact, the whole experience was so good that I booked another night there for my return through Bali on the way to my next destination. That probably says more than anything else.
It is a family-friendly resort, so there are plenty of families around, but the rooms themselves were impressively quiet and comfortable.
Great location, excellent team, very well-run hotel. Good atmosphere. Great value. I’ll happily be back.

Relaxing

Amazing hospitality
Amazing hospitality. Totally enjoyed their service and facilities. Absolutely have a fantastic. Meita, Haity, Dedek, Seni and Cahya were very helpful and friendly staff.
