Great experience at Pullman
Great experience all around ! Especially in the gym/ ‘Pullman Fit’ area all of the staff were very helpful - in particular Fendi and Ambara ! Definitely recommend 👍
My Event at Pullman
We had our conference event there in October. Very professional staff were amazing.. thank you Pullman.. and especually events manager Anggita for looking after us!

I have visited the Pullman Legian Beach 3 times now. Without doubt it is the best hotel in Legian. The staff are incredibly friendly and the service is amazing. I must mention the beautiful Amelia, Hati, Bella, Suli and Cahya who are amazing people and could not do enough to make me feel so welcomed. I love you all. I can’t wait to return in March 2027.

Just don’t
Huge disappointment. We are day 2/3, check in was a shamble, room wasn’t ready after 3pm, when it was ready they forgot to bring our luggage up (even when we said we would take it). Someone came into our room last night when we were at dinner and somehow closed our adjoining doors so we couldn’t even open the kids bedroom from anywhere, maintenance came up and put toilet paper in the striker gap to try keep it open. Husband had to take the handle completely off to make do for the night. Main toilet blocked with water up to the rim. People’s leftover room service plates sit outside their doors for at least a day. I don’t have anything good to say about the Pullman Legian
