Pullman Bali Legian Nirwana

I loved Hotel and the staff specially Mr.Sanjay He is really handfull, hospitable man He needs to be a manager he is really cool guy Pullman is very nice place to stay Rate is 10/10 And I wanna mention one girl her name is Nabilla, She is stunning and gorgeous girl i ever meet I highly recommend all people who Travel Bali, this is Best hotel so far for me you don’t regret it

Hello My Name is Tony We are stayed in Pullman one week, it has been a great vacation so far, Pullman hotel is outstanding hospitability and staff, especially Mr. Sanjay is amazing men, he is helped us many many thanks for him, and there is girl his name is Nabilla, she is kinda new employer here however, she is very hospitable and very kind person. I really appreciated all of his, her support and everything he and she did behind the scenes to make the night such a success. Thanks so much

The only reason I’m giving this hotel one star is because the ocean view from our room was beautiful. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay fell well short of what you’d expect from a five-star hotel.

Our Ocean View Room had a constant damp, mouldy smell from the moment we arrived. On the first night, the hotel provided a dehumidifier, which was very noisy, leaked water and made little difference to the smell. Staff initially looked into moving us to another room, but the hotel was fully booked. Unfortunately, no one followed up over the following days to check on the issue or offer another solution.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, and the balcony door was misaligned and wouldn’t close properly unless it was locked.

The soundproofing is extremely poor. We could hear conversations in neighbouring rooms, people walking and talking in the hallway, and noise from the street and beach. Getting a peaceful night’s sleep was difficult.

Housekeeping was inconsistent. We were often left without enough towels, and on one occasion our room was serviced but the used towels weren’t replaced. We were told fresh towels would be brought later, but they never arrived.

The curtains were badly worn, with numerous holes throughout them, allowing sunlight to stream into the room early each morning. They looked tired and should have been replaced long ago.

The pool is far too small for a resort of this size and there are nowhere near enough sun lounges. Breakfast was also very average, with little that stood out.

The staff were pleasant and polite, but they didn’t seem equipped or empowered to properly resolve guest concerns or follow issues through to a satisfactory outcome.

Overall, this hotel feels tired and in need of refurbishment, better maintenance and stronger quality control. Based on our experience, it does not meet the standard expected of a five-star hotel, and there are much better value options available in Legian.

To be fair, we had come directly from staying at Padma Legian, which sets an exceptionally high standard for service and facilities, so the comparison was always going to be difficult. However, the issues we experienced at Pullman - particularly the damp room, maintenance problems, inconsistent housekeeping and poor soundproofing - are not simply a matter of comparison. They are shortcomings that we would not expect at any hotel claiming to be five stars.
