Some Adult only options to be considered
We only booked for a few nights. After walking past the resort for over 30 years we decided to give it a try. We stayed in a club deluxe chalet, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Staff are very professional and present the highest standards in hospitality. The food was exceptional. The place is bursting with families which can be so noisy and chaotic, for some reason many parents feel it is another persons responsibility to be aware of their children- this is by no means the resorts fault, but something to be mindful of. This is what has always prevented us from staying here in the past as we want to relax and not have to constantly side step children. Even so, I was accidentally hit with a football outside our room, and sitting near a pool eating a meal we were splashed constantly by a family who allowed the kids to jump into the pool in front of us - but not near them (Skai bar). So if you’re looking for relaxing child free experiences then they are there, but there are limits. Kids are everywhere and make up the majority of the guests. We visited the nursery and fishing pond etc this used to be a vacant block, I remember over 30+ years ago as a way to cut through to the beach when staying in the area - it looks beautiful and well maintained. The adult pool with the swim up bar is awesome! The Club 5-7pm 13+ wine/cocktails etc fantastic. We did love the Skai Bar, great music, food and service. The spa was very good and had the hair spa treatment that’s on trend. We will definitely be returning. It’s a great family resort in the best location for Legian, we might have to bring the whole family.

We always love coming to stay at the Padma , staff are so very helpful in all areas . Would highly recommend. A special mention to Wyan Adi Setiawan at the infinity pool . He is very experienced at his job and goes above and beyond for his guests .
A Heartfelt Thank You to the Padma
Our second trip to Bali was absolutely wonderful, and once again, the hospitality at Padma exceeded every expectation. There are so many people who made our stay special that we wanted to take a moment to acknowledge them. We only wish we could remember every single name, because there genuinely isn’t a bad word to say about anyone we encountered.
A special thank you to the team who made our family feel so welcome.
Dian, from Front Service, was there to help us into our car this morning and was so sweet with our girls. Theo at the front desk was incredibly helpful, and Yogi, who drove our car, showed us such kindness. We also want to thank Yogi by the pool for his warmth and care.
The entire pool team deserves recognition. Wan Wan, the lifeguard, Santika, who helped with towels and lifeguarding, Edi, whose friendly and fun nature made every interaction a pleasure, and Yesia, who was always smiling and happy to help. Every member of the team was incredible and contributed to making our time by the pool so enjoyable.
Hendra, who cleaned our room each day, deserves a particularly special mention. His adorable towel animals brought so much joy to the girls, but when our daughter became unwell, he went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable. His little towel koala brought a smile to her face when she needed it most. That kindness meant more to us than he may ever realise.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the doctor and nurse who attended our room on the 16th. They were thorough, reassuring and compassionate, and we were so grateful for their care during a worrying time for our family.
At breakfast, Wida welcomed us so beautifully every day and was an absolute delight. Selvie made us feel as though we were coming home, and we were so happy to see Chef Sutar again, whose work continues to be exceptional. We would also love to mention Ariani and a young woman who was enjoying her very first day in hospitality at breakfast. She was an absolute delight and made a wonderful impression.
Rio, Alit and every single member of the team at Skai Bar made us feel like VIPs. Their service and hospitality were outstanding. Last night, we also enjoyed the most incredible gluten-free lasagne at the lagoon, and the team made accommodating my dietary requirements feel effortless. It is these thoughtful details that make such a difference.
The ladies in Kids Club deserve enormous praise, too. They are gentle, kind and caring, and we always feel that our girls are in safe and loving hands. Wulan and Elsa are also, as always, an absolute delight.
And finally, the ladies at the spa were angels. My husband was particularly impressed by Mini, whose massage he described as incredible.
We would also like to acknowledge the gentleman who cleaned our parents’ room, Room 340. His service was exceptional, and we are so grateful for the care he provided.
There are undoubtedly so many more people we would love to name. Every interaction, from the smallest gesture to the most memorable moments, reflects the genuine warmth and care that the Padma team brings to its guests.
Thank you, thank you, thank you. The hospitality at Padma is second to none. You don’t simply make guests feel welcome; you make them feel remembered, cared for and at home. Returning for our second visit has only reinforced how special this place is, and we are already grateful for the memories we have made.
In our experience, the hospitality at Padma is truly world-class. It is the people who make it so special, and we cannot thank you enough.
