Lovely Boutique Hotel
We had a lovely first stay at the Ossotel. Rooms are just beautiful.We had a pool access room and the pool was lovely and cool.The hotel is boutique and reflects that beautifully. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help and offer that beautiful smile and greeting each and every day. Romeos was great,food and service was very good.15% off for hotel guests. The laneway to the beach was an added bonus.Door is locked and you need your room key to re enter. Thanks for a wonderful relaxing stay.

Excellent Stay
Great location, second time staying here, staff are happy to see and assist you in anyway. Rooms are great, staff at Romeo’s restaurant very friendly, breakfast was great good selection. Special thanks to Ari at Romeo’s for talking care of us every morning, will definitely be back.

every request fulfilled from airport pick up and drop off, rooms next to each other as friends, helped with oversized package! hotel is perfectly located, great and big rooms, lagoon pool and despite being in the midst of shopping bars and coffee spots very quiet! AC worked perfectly which made rest and sleep perfect oh and the beds and pillows!! fantastic wifi too! cant wait to come back location location location!!!

First time stayed at ossotell
Hotel was clean rooms attended to every day Staff lovely and shuttles to and from airport arrived on time They are currently renovating a building next door and jack hammers are all day until 5 pm Pool was cool get down early to get sun chairs Service by the pool No milk in the fridge for tea & coffee only powdered buy from mart across the road Nice breakfast menu (coffee hit and miss ) Bring your own conditioner and toothpaste Pool towels provided from office Books to read available in foyers Tv channels ok you can sign into your own Netflix But bottled water again at mart across the road and secure money changer lovely staff honest Free internet but can drop out at times Had a few hiccups broken tap , not enough tea & some renovation repairs when arrived ( noisy )
Great hotel, excellent location.
Very nice hotel centrally located in Legian. Pool access room, very clean and tidy. Bedroom, slightly small with a very comfortable king bed. The only complaint is the balcony is very small. The breakfast was very good. The staff were great, nothing was a trouble. Bram was a delight to talk to and his service was first class. Overall this hotel was excellent for a 4 star property.
