Strategic spot in Legian
Strategic location, nice staff, good property
Great hotel experience. Upgraded room to a balcony
Staff are very attentive friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet has everything including chefs cooking eggs to order. Delicious honey varieties that I havnt seen and a special herbal Indonesian drink.

Location- not near a beach. It’s in the middle of a tattoo shops which I didn’t fancy.
Atmosphere inside hotel - very good. I would say 5 star.
Room is perfect, shower is very good, we had a king size bed which we are used to. It has plenty of room to move around. I would say 5 stars.
Value - best value as it included daily breakfast. Very good. Because we stayed 7 nights, they gave us 2 free dinner each & 3 free drinks. I give them 5 stars
The staff were excellent, nothing hard to serve us. I especially mention the room cleaner Sudana he gets out of his way to clean the room & supply what we need. He is a hard working man 👌👍👏.
The same goes for the restaurant worker Eldi, nothing difficult for him to serve us the best way.
We told them we are celebrating Russell’s birthday & wedding anniversary. When we checked into our room, there were birthday & anniversary cakes, love swans with rose petals & greetings on the mirror. Lovely! On Russell’s exact birthday, Ratna, organised a surprise staff singing of happy birthday with a slice of their nice Choclate Moon cake. That’s a very delicious one, I kept ordering it afterwards, my favourite
Riki, the check in receptionist explained everything & the freebies the hotel offered. Very helpful. The staff is more than 5 stars, 6 stars.
Cleanliness - very clean & organised, can’t see rubbish or dirt. Although the building looks old, they have made sure it’s properly maintained, nothing wrong or out of place. 5 stars Noise- it’s quiet, we don’t hear outside traffic. 5 stars
I think we came at the right time, not too hot days, & just the right amount of guests.
Aldi organised this trip for us & everything went accordingly to plan. I now will look at another Aldi tour.
