Amazing!
Fantastic experience, the food was stunning and so much food! A great evening filled of entertainment and dinner and we were made to feel very special by Yuni the waitress and Nyoman the chef. What an experience, the best teppanyaki experience we have had! Thank you so much ❤️🙏
A place that feels like home
We have been coming back to this hotel every year for the past 10 years, and every stay has been just as wonderful as the last. The service is absolutely outstanding, and the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always full of good humor. They make us feel truly at home and genuinely appreciated.
The food is consistently excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, so there is something for everyone. Everything is always fresh and beautifully prepared.
Thank you for making every visit so special. We are already looking forward to coming back next year!
Good Bali resort in fantastic location
Our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers stayed for 5 nights in 2 x base level rooms. These rooms overlooked vacant lot which backed on to Garlic Lane shops and pubs with a large metal chain link fence in front of the balcony. If you are a light sleeper these rooms are not for you - the music from the pubs is LOUD and goes late - combined with the fireworks from the beach will make it hard for people that need silence to fall asleep.
The resort is really well maintained and the rooms were very clean and fresh. Beds are on the firm side, air con is nice and cold and there is a (small wall mounted) TV that you can access Netflix on etc.
Buffet breakfast has a good selection. Not the most impressive buffet I have seen, but was fine for our stay.
There are 2 pools on site - 1 for adults and 1 for kids. Both on the small side for a Bali resort of this size. Happy hour is only 4 - 5pm daily and the drinks are a bit on the expensive side when including the service and tax charges. BUT on the plus side, there were always pool lounges available at both pools - which is not always the case at other large resorts.
Service around the resort was very good and friendly in the typical Bali way.
This hotel is a good option if you want to be close to the beach and shops - the location is great with lots of restaurants just outside the entrance. Grounds are beautifully maintained and lots of squirrels running around.
Whilst the resort can’t compete with the likes of Padma or Mandira, it is a good cheaper option in a fantastic location.
Fab stay!
We are just finishing up a 5 night stay in villa 39b and it’s been fabulous. It’s an old hotel but very clean and the gardens are beautiful. Best of all are the staff who always say hello with a smile. Location is fantastic with lots of yummy places to eat within walking distance. Would highly recommend for a family stay

Premium pool villa
We recently enjoyed a 5 day stay in a premium pool villa. The villa was very well appointed with robes and really nice shampoo/conditioner/body lotions etc and the villa pool was much bigger than I expected. You have a choice of two main pools one being adults only. There are plenty of sun lounges in both areas. The buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of choice and there are lots of options around to eat out if you want. The only downside was that there is construction going on next door so we heard drills and hammers for most of the day (they didn't start until around 9am). There was overlooking issues as well as the workman can see straight into the pool villa when working on the roof. It was very annoying not being able to enjoy the pool in our villa cause it was just too noisy. Just something to consider if you are going to choose a villa. The grounds of the hotel were kept in pristine condition and the gardens were so well maintained. The standout at this hotel is definitely the staff. Every staff member that we had contact with were so friendly, happy, willing and professional. Would definitely recommend this place just keep in mind the construction next door if you get a villa!
