Honestly, the hospitality here is top-notch. Big thanks to Ayu, Masmi, Andri, Ulan, and Wulan for making our stay so memorable. From check-in to breakfast, they were just wonderful—always smiling, super warm, and genuinely happy to help with anything.
On top of the great service, the room was spotless and perfectly hygienic. Kudos to the Chef, F&B Manager, and the GM for running such a tight ship and maintaining great standards. Keep doing what you do, team! See you all very soon.

WONDERFUL STAY
Well we're do we start.What a pleasant week we had in South Kuta.Staying at Fairfield by Marriott was just Devine.All the staff were just amazing.So helpful and genuinely kind it made our stay amazing Breakfast was excellent and service was at least 5 star.Thanks especially to Franklyn who was a multi Property General Manager who said Hi nearly everyday ,Agus,Ms Tya,Merta and Ayu and many others that made our breakfast so pleasant. I would give you 10 star for your smiles and pleasantness everyday.We stayed in 3 hotels in Bali and 1 in Kuala Lumpur and we rated you and your hotel the best. Thanks again Steven and Jenny Will see you again
