We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Truntum Kuta! The hotel is in a fantastic location, right by the beach and close to everything you need. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every single staff member was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made our holiday even more special.
Thank you to the amazing team at Truntum Kuta for such a memorable experience. We highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!

Great location, and wonderful staff
You can’t beat the location, on the beach and central to restaurants shops and bars. 3 pools to choose from, although the beachfront sunset Pool was closed during our stay. The buffet breakfast is adequate to good. Only issues we had were hard beds (but lm sure you can get a mattress topper if you ask), and the pillows were bad- very lumpy and uncomfortable, but again lm sure the wonderful staff would swap them if you ask. Latte and a cappuccino is an extra cost at breakfast. Our grand deluxe pool room had issues with water condensation on the floor tiles making them slippery and also the bed felt damp for the first day but the problem seemed to go away after the second day. The massages near the pool were very good. And the foam pool party was fun. Shame that the beach out the front has been eroded away and is almost non existent.

Another fabulous stay at The Truntum! Great views, great staff and central to everything in Kuta. A big shout out to Yani for always making our trips memorable and welcoming!

Awesome
Our stay at Truntum was second to none. All the staff were friendly and very accommodating specially Edi and Coke cola. They couldn’t do enough for us. I would highly recommend your Hotel to family and friends and plan to return in 2028. Thank you so much for everything

Wonderful stay, great location
The hotel was beautiful and so big! There were 3 different pools so we could change it up each day. The staff were wonderful and it was a great location
