Very busy location on main route, continuous heavy traffic throughout day. Difficult to cross the road at any time. Music playing all the time. Rooms are ok but dated. Drainage problems in bathroom, which we communicated to management on Day 2 and were told it was our fault because there was hair in the drain!! Didn't consider it was value for money, although the free buffet breakfast was good. Noisy in the evenings from entertainment held around the SMALL pool and from the plaza opposite. Customer Service was good and responsive.

Great Hotel Close to the Airport
We booked three rooms at this hotel for our family and everyone was impressed with the quality of the hotel, the rooms, the included breakfast in addition to the free shuttle service provided by the hotel to and from the hotel. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful and communicated with us regarding booking the shuttle prior to our arrival, which meant someone was there to pick us up upon our arrival. Very large rooms overlooking the central pool, clean and comfortable. The decor is becoming dated but this did not detract from the quality of our stay. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Brilliant location and an excellent place for transit
I won't say this place is five star but its in a wonderful location in Kuta. Right on a main road near to many eateries, spas etc.
Rooms were compact and neat. Its pretty old though well maintained. Staff were fine and welcoming.
Buffet breakfast had good varieties and they also have a small hi tea for evening.
Its a good hotel for easy transit to airport and well located too. Best part is they also provide shuttle to airport.
Definitely worth staying. The pool does look inviting though we didn't get a chance to use it.
One thing I forgot to mention is I was given an interconnecting room and that became quite a nuisance for us and we couldn't sleep until we actually complained past midnight. The staff was very helpful to call the other room people to not make noise. Such rooms can be a nuisance if you have noisy neighbours

[The worst spa service ever!!!]
[The worst spa service ever!!!] Booked a 120min treatment via hotel phone but i was asked to come back at 8:30pm when i arrived at 8pm on time.
When i went back again at 8:30pm, they just told me there was a “misunderstanding” and they already serving other customers. It took 1hr & 15min but still the problem was not solved even i told them i was going to catch an early flight the next day. No one explained to me what happened and what was “misunderstood”.
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED with the spa service at The Vira Bali hotel.
Restaurant was good, the Fire Dance Show (on wednesdays) was good, too

Average experience
I found the experience very average considering the price paid. I stayed two nights. The pros, the courtesy pick from the airport and check in went smoothly. The bed was comfy enough but the decor was tired. The cons, the breakfast was below average and I didn’t bother the second day. Overall this is not a bad hotel I just think it wasn’t good value for money.
