I had a six-day stay that, unfortunately, was not as peaceful as I had hoped. My recommendation is that if you choose to stay here, you might want to avoid a beach view room. The claim that the rooms are soundproof does not seem accurate, as there was considerable noise from outside the hotel, including someone dressed as Michael Jackson playing his music. When I brought this to the attention of the reception staff, they indicated that they were unable to resolve the issue. It seems reasonable to expect that if external disturbances are affecting guests and the property, some action would be taken.

Always the best, never dissapoints.
Just an amazing place to stay and relax. Thank you once again Putu for organising everything for us ,the checkin and Room availability as we arrived was really appreciated. Dinner at Riva with the Acoustic Music is awesome with the Sunset and relaxing Atmosphere. Close to all the Restaurants and Shopping we need. To all the Team thank you especially those we met and chatted with. Linda, Nita, Wahyuni, Anita, Suardi, Suryadi, Gita and Indra. Ekwan for your Kindness.

Matur Suksma to The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel!
From the very moment we arrived until the final moments before our departure, the entire experience felt like magic brought to life.
The warm welcome from Bli Wayan and Bli Yansu at the entrance, Tante’s excitement upon seeing us again at the Souvenir Shop, and the heartfelt welcome back from Putu, and the young lady at Reception who could read Aksara Bali, and the rest of the team made us feel truly at home from the very beginning.
Honestly, service from the heart is not something that is simply performed at your property. It is lived, embodied, and exemplified by every member of the team. The genuine warmth, kindness, and sincerity shown throughout our stay are what make The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel such a special place for us to return to.
Matur Suksma sebesar-besarnya to everyone once again, and especially to Putu for all the arrangements and thoughtful touches throughout our stay.
We are already looking forward to returning very soon. Astungkara, our plans for November come to life!

Ok stay
We stayed here last year but didn't have breakfast. Room was ok but very Central to shops and beach. This holiday we didn't enjoy as much..Rooms are aging a lot.We got a very noisy room with noisy neighbors.They did apologize and moved us to a very large room on top floor .This had a bit of noice from street but very big room but still aging.Needs modernicing in our opinion.Sad to say breakfast was note to our liking..Nothing much was hot.For example bacon was pre cooked and was cold when came out and the put it under a heating light to warm up.Didnt work. Location great. Staff very pleasant and cleanliness was good Sorry
