I stayed here for four nights and the service was honestly amazing. The front desk was super polite and housekeeping did a really great job, everything was always clean and well taken care of.
Beyond expectations
We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, all people were incredibly kind, welcoming, helpfuk, and respectful. The room is spacious and spotless. Exceed my expectations
Disappointing – Would Avoid
Unfortunately, our stay at Anathera Resort Kuta was very disappointing, especially considering we were only staying for one night.
When we arrived, there was no assistance with our luggage. More importantly, the air conditioning in our room was not working. We contacted reception and were told that an engineer would come to fix it, but nobody ever arrived. As it was already around midnight, we eventually gave up and had to put up with the room being uncomfortable for the night.
Things got worse in the morning when we were woken at around 6am by significant construction noise from the site next door. We were only informed about the construction when we arrived at our room, rather than being made aware of it beforehand.
For a one-night stay, we expected a straightforward and comfortable experience, but unfortunately this was not the case. The combination of the lack of assistance, broken air conditioning, failure to resolve the issue and early-morning construction noise made the stay very disappointing.
We would avoid staying here again and would recommend looking elsewhere, even if you are only looking for somewhere to stay for one night.
