Excellent Resort for Families
We stayed in the Grand Deluxe Pool Access room, which was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with complete amenities. Having direct access to the pool right from our room was amazing. The resort is surrounded by lush greenery, offers delicious food, a large pool, and a great Cening Kids Club for children. A perfect family staycation with excellent facilities, including a spa and gym. Highly recommended!

Good Hotel, good location with polite snd courteous staff
We stayed at this hotel for two days, from 01/06/2026 to 02/06/2026. It is a nice, centrally located hotel in Kuta, Bali. The reception staff were prompt, courteous, and efficient, making our check-in process smooth and quick. We were allocated Rooms 8228 and 8248. Both rooms were spacious and comfortable, although they were not city-facing as per our booking. However, we did not raise the issue, as we also came to know it a bit late. The hotel is quite large and has a team of helpful, caring, and professional staff. The location is excellent, making it convenient for guests to explore the area. One thing guests should keep in mind is that the hotel strictly follows its breakfast buffet timings. At exactly 10:00 a.m., the staff begin clearing the buffet, so late arrivals may miss breakfast. Additionally, cutlery is not placed on the tables and must be collected from the designated breakfast area. During peak hours, some food counters can become quite crowded. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay with a good location and polite, helpful staff. However, a little more attention to guest comfort and convenience would further enhance the experience.

Best stay in Bali
We had spent 8 nights at this excellent hotel. Extremely generous breakfasts. One of the best services we have come across. Located close to the airport and Kuta shops. One of senior staff, Nike, was most helpful organizing everything. Highly recommended stay in Bali.
