A deluxe room comes with either a super king bed (200 cm wide, 200 cm long) or 2 single beds (each measuring 100 cm wide, 200 cm long) with high ceilings and all western amenities to your needs including a private balcony with comfortable seating area. A modern tropical feel with clean & bright ambience is the highlight for this room type with a total size of over 40 square meters. The rooms face either the quiet street of Jalan Wana Segara or the garden of next door resort.

Great Hotel
We recently had a 10 day stay here. We found the Hotel in a quiet area. All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The front desk staff were very friendly and always waved when we left or came back from somewhere. In particular Wulan . The Hotel is kept spotlessly clean and there was always somebody cleaning the hallways or front foyer. It has a rooftop pool which is approximately 30 meters long. With easy steps and rails to get in and out of. The area is also great for watching sunsets. The bed was comfortable and linen clean. Towels were changed daily. I would recommend this Hotel. Great spot for surfers to catch a boat out to the airport reef which usually has a wave.

A small nice hotel
I have lost count of how many times I have stayed at this hotel whenever I visit Bali. Even after so many years, the property remains exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The rooms are incredibly spacious, especially the bathrooms. I particularly love the excellent floor tiles used in the walk-in shower, which provide great slip resistance. Another highlight is the rooftop swimming pool—it is large, clean, and offers fantastic views. To top it off, check-in is always speedy, and the front office staff are friendly, helpful, and possess great communication skills

Good modern hotel , extreme bad breakfast, very close to airport
Nice rooms worse breakfast I had in a long time. Hotel = 4 point Breakfast 1 point for me and average if 3 . The rooms are modern efficient and clean very comfortable. It's just a transit hotel very close to airport. The beach is not that great, on walking distance to overcrowded Kuta beach.

Maintained its standards over the years!
We discovered Sulis Beach Hotel by chance shortly after it first opened, and we have returned many times over the years. Why? Because it continues to deliver an outstanding experience every single time.
Without a doubt, Sulis Beach Hotel offers the best value for money of any hotel we have stayed at in South Kuta. During this visit, we stayed in room #3104, which felt just as impressive as it did when the hotel was brand new years ago. The room was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, and comfortably furnished. The furniture is made from solid wood and beautifully finished, and the balcony is a wonderful place to relax and unwind.
What makes us especially happy is that the hotel has maintained its exceptionally high standards of cleanliness throughout all these years. The lobby, corridors, and rooms are immaculate. Even the towels are consistently fresh and clean, honestly better than those we have encountered in many five-star hotels across Bali. The location is absolutely perfect, especially for aviation enthusiasts. Within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach one of the best plane-spotting locations near the Patra Bali Hotel, where you can watch aircraft taking off and landing. At the same time, Lippo Mall is just around the corner, offering everything you might need during your holiday. The supermarket on the lower level is particularly convenient for guests staying in the area.
Year after year, Sulis Beach remains one of our favourite hotels in Bali. The location perfectly suits our needs, the staff are genuinely kind and welcoming, and the cleanliness is simply outstanding. This morning's breakfast was both delicious and filling while remaining very reasonably priced, another example of the excellent value that the hotel consistently provides. And one special compliment deserves to be mentioned: after more than 20 years of travelling throughout Bali, we can honestly say that Sulis Beach Hotel has the best shower cubible we have ever experienced on the island. After showering, the bathroom floor actually stays dry, something that even many luxury hotels in Bali fail to achieve!
What impresses us most is the consistency. Sulis Beach has maintained its standards over the years, and that is something we greatly appreciate. Visit after visit, it continues to provide the same comfortable, clean, and welcoming experience that first made us loyal guests. We look forward to returning again and would happily recommend Sulis Beach Hotel to anyone looking for exceptional value, excellent service, and a truly enjoyable stay in South Kuta.
