Great location however expected better
Let me start off with the positives the hotel is an excellent location right opposite the beach and next door to beachwalk mall and the staff are very friendly. However the property is very dated. I stayed here 2 years ago and there hasn’t been any improvements in that aspect.
I stayed in the larger one bedroom suite, very spacious but again dated it needs an upgrade. I faced a few issues such as leaking toilet, which flooded the place, power cut and slow internet. I genuinely expect better form a Marriott property as both times I’ve stayed here I’ve faced issues. I would also mention staff did rectify the situation and they were helpful and they were genuine about it.
I’m not sure if will choose to stay elsewhere next time I’m in Bali. I would love it if they had a refurb.

Good location very central poor as hell billing system expect them to put a temp hold deposit of your credit card on arrival of full amount there communication with booking.com is bs and needs major improvement billing system needs major improvement need a golf cart to transport guests up and down stupid driveway they can afford to do this poor security and check-in should be done on ground floor. Shower head poor pressure hot water useless

Excellent Stay
Had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort! Great location right by Kuta Beach and next to Beachwalk Mall. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Beautiful atmosphere and great service. Would definitely stay here again!
