Awesome Experience
I recently stayed at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort with my family and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member, I truly appreciated the recognition, hospitality, and personalized attention provided by the team.
What stood out most was their genuine care and attention to detail. Prior to arrival, the staff took the time to understand our needs as a family traveling with young children and made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The team was responsive, professional, and consistently went above and beyond to make us feel valued.
We were also celebrating both my birthday and our wedding anniversary during our stay, and the thoughtful touches arranged by the hotel made the occasion even more special. Every interaction reflected a commitment to exceptional guest service and a desire to create lasting memories.
The resort itself is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the service throughout our stay was outstanding. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Egi and the entire Sheraton Bali Kuta team for their warmth, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction.

Overall, we had a positive experience at the Sahid Ballroom. The banquet team was responsive, reliable, and always ready to provide prompt assistance. Their friendly and professional service greatly contributed to the success of our event.

Lovely hotel in a great location. incredible service. Great sunset views. Room was perfect. Interesting hotel layout and interesting stair cases, a bit like a Harry Potter movie.
