Not a good choice to stay during personal or leisure trip.
Not a value for money stay. Trainee staff with bad food at restaurant. Not english well versed even. Service was slow and not as per Ramada level.

Worst experience ever seemed
I arrived in Bali from Delhi after a long journey of more than 14 hours. Upon arrival, I checked into your hotel expecting a comfortable and relaxing stay. However, I am very disappointed with the condition of the room provided to me.
The issues I experienced are as follows:
Room key was not working properly Room was dusty and not cleaned properly kettle had visible stains Chair in the room was torn Water was dripping from the air conditioner Pillow covers were stained Toilet door is swollen not closing properly
I informed the hotel staff, and the manager showed me three alternative rooms. Unfortunately, all of them were in similar condition, and in one room I even found hair on the bed.
As I was extremely tired after my long journey, my wife and I had no choice but to stay in the same room for the night. However, this experience has been very disappointing, and it is not what we expected.
I came here to enjoy my honeymoon but the current situation has caused inconvenience.
