We have been staying at this resort for the past 14 years Hotel and staff are amazing our home away from home Kim Olivia Christopher and Laure
Everything was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The property was clean. Enjoyed our time here. Definitely recommend to others.
We stayed in Room 337 which was at the tennis court end of the block and on the upper level so we faced the airport. We didn’t experience any mosquitos unlike 3 years ago. The rooms are a good size. Be aware that the shower is over the bath so you need to feel comfortable getting in and out. The bed was comfortable. The aircon unit fan vibrated at lower speeds so it had to be set higher than desired for sleeping. We were surprised that pool loungers were always available and staff were more diligent in removing towels from unused loungers. Breakfast food provided plenty of selection although at busy times there was sometimes a small delay until dishes were topped up. Staff as always were very good. A special thanks to Putu for going out of her way and helping us. All in all we would stay again.
I have been staying at Rama for over 25 years and would recommend Rama for its wonderful staff and accommodation. There are plenty of choices for accommodation, swim up bar, great pool, inhouse spa, gym, tennis court and restaurant. The food is great and reasonably priced with activities for guest each day. This hotel is in the true Balinese style with wonderful gardens.
My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Rama Beach Resort for the first time in July this year. We booked a suite pool villa and I have to see it was far better than what we expected and surpassed our expectations. The room was spotless and the areas well laid out. The pool in the villa was brilliant. Staff were always accommodating and friendly. We were there in high season and also when it was school holidays in Australia so it was very busy. On two occasions it was clear staff were having difficulty keeping up with demand at breakfast with food running out, cups running out as well as the juice container's. It was also evident that there were many people in the hotel as we could never get a lounge or seat around the pool. This was frustrating given most of the reviews we read indicated that lounges were almost always available. I put this down to it being high season but something to keep in mind. We had dinner in the restaurant which we found limited in its menu. In saying that the food was very good but limited. If I may be so bold, perhaps consideration to a chefs choice or special of the day would add interest to the menu. The big question is would we return - absolutely!!!!. As someone else has stated in the reviews, this is not a Hilton or Sheraton but its super clean, excellent value for money and in a very convenient area being close to the beach, shops and other restaurants.
