Incredible Experience and Outstanding Service
The hotel was beautiful and food was amazing. Thank you to the staff for being amazing and warm hospitality. A big thank you to Bayu, Arya, and Alvin for their exceptional service. Each of them went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism truly made our stay extra special.
Amazing experience
Amazing stay. We stayed for 2 nights and everything was well managed by their team. Warm welcome adds cherry on the cake. Go for their superior room . That is large in size and having all amenities required. Staff was too helpful and available for all the guests 24*7. Overall, it was a great experience with this property.

Good hotel with lovely staff
Had a fantastic holiday. The staff were fantastic. I was disappointed that on arrival I had to pay for another bed as the family room only had 1 double and 1 single and there were 4 of us.

A good hotel in Kuta
After my Ubud stay I had planned to spend three days in Kuta my last halt before flying back to India. The Bali International Airport is very close from Kuta.
Kuta Central Park hotel was suggested by Meta AI for me a senior solo traveller. I read the reviews too and and booked a room on bookings.com.
I checked into the hotel late in the evening. I was given the keys to the room quickly. I was a bit unhappy when I noticed that the room did not have any window. The room was good. Not very spacious. I went to the reception and asked them if they could provide me a room with atleast a window. I was told that the room description for the superior room says the room has no window. I had failed to notice it. However they were prepared to provide me a better room for a charge. I decided to continue in the same room.
The hotel is centrally located in a bustling area. The Kuta beach is 20mins by car.
The hotel has a swimming pool with a bar by its side and a large Koi pond in front of the restaurant. A spa room is there without therapists. If a guest wanted a massage the guest had to book an evening before and the hotel arranges a therapist .
The hotel had a gym.
The restaurant is good with smiling and helpful staff. They quickly provided me a simple vegetarian meal which was not in the menu.
Elsa in the eeception was very pleasant to deal with and was very polite and most helpful to me, a senior. The girl Tulisia who I was told is a trainee too was very helpful.
On 09 Apr the restaurant staff told me that they accept only cash payment for the meal and drink I ordered but the next day the staff on duty readily accepted payment by credit/debit card. Wonder why different rules different day/different staff.
Overall my stay was very good.

EXCELLENT STAYY!!
Excellent experience! Their hospitality was great while the staff was very friendly and sweet. They always had a smile and spoke politely. The rooms were neat and clean, the swimming and other sitting areas were always welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect as it had many stores around it as well! Kudos!!!
