Recommend to solo travelers and even families.
Nice and Quiet. Very convenient to go around. Room is clean and comfortable but with some exceptions.
Breakfast is quite nice and buffet is also available with variations of Indonesian foods and desserts.
Service, Hygiene & Maintenance Failures but Cafe Service , Reservation Good Standard Practices with Location
For a fully paid daily-rate stay, the repeated housekeeping failures, hygiene lapses, poor maintenance, and inconsistent service at ZIA Hotel Kuta did not reflect acceptable value or basic hotel standards.
