Family holiday here!!
Good location and friendly service. The room are clean, they have 2 swimming pool kids pool and adult pool. Walking distance to the beach and and shops. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay here. We have breakfast on second floor over the street we will come back

Great value given the price and location
Room (2/5): Pleasant superior room. Comfy mattress and clean sheet. Walls need some repaint. AC works fine. Shower not hot enough. Unfortunately a dead roach we found was a turn off.
Food (?/?): We skipped breakfast to catch our early flight but all the dishes looked nice.
Location (5/5): The location could not be more on point. One of main nightlife street in Kuta, with many restaurants and live music venues, also very close to airport.
Service (5/5): Hospitable reception from the get go. Fast check-in time.
Verdict: We had a pleasant stay even for a short time. Basement occasionaly get flooded during heavy rain. Undoubtedly a perfect choice given the price and location.

Dirty Room
Booked for 6 nights stay but ended up staying for one night only. The hotel is poorly maintained. The room’s furniture were old, ottomans were very dirty, the bed is uncomfortable, the bed sheets and towels were gray in color instead of white . The towel edges were frayed and towel is hard like a rock. My bed sheets had dirty marks on them. I ended up moving to Westin resort. In reality. It is totally a different room from ads. Please stay away from this hotel of you don’t want to waste $AUD 650 like me.
Close to airport
We stayed here for 1 day, close to the airport as we had a red eye flight to catch. It is literally 8 minutes drive from the airport.
We used it as a base to explore Kuta, repack, rest up, shower and prepare for the next leg of our journey.
The rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Worth it for the price!

Bare bones but adequate
This is an older hotel well located in Kuta. The pool is good and has a bar attached, the staff are great, However the physical plant needs upgrading. My room was bare bones, utilitarian but I was just using it as a base to explore Kuta. The black mould in the shower and bathroom was mature and well established, the cooling system is a mini-split which didn’t work to cool. Maintenance was called and they cleaned it but it still wouldn’t cool very much. Breakfast buffet was good and the food nicely prepared.. Most of the guests were from India and breakfast was a bit of a free-for-all so get there early!
