Need to improve customer service
We had an enquiry at the reception desk and couldn't even get the manager to leave his office to talk to us, kept sending out staff who couldn't help. Not good customer service . Wouldn't stay here again. Been to Bali many times & all other hotels have been great.

Amazing hotel and second time here
Great rooms and interconnecting for families. Sanjaya bar man is fantastic for all your bar needs and happy hour! Friendly and polite staff are always happy to help. Great breakfast options even for picky kids as you cant go wrong with pancakes every morning. Definitely feels like a home away from home.
Bintang Kuta Hotel Bali Review
We have been staying at this Hotel yearly over the past 10 or so years due to location, value and the amazing staff. Rooms are always clean and the breakfast menu has ample choices for Australian tourists visiting this Hotel. Special shout out to Sanjaya, Ardi and the breakfast team who always greet you with a smile, handshake or traditional Balinese welcome. Another huge plus is that Hotel guests can use many of the adjoining Bintang Bali Resorts facilities including the gym and magnificent pool. Great Hotel, great location, great staff 👍
