Simply the best
Thank you for a wonderful holiday. This is the second time we have stayed with you and we have already booked for next year. Your staff are a credit to you and Candy and Cindy really are wonderful people, so professional, friendly and helpful to everyone. The hotel itself is immaculate, the rooms, gardens and pools are kept spotless they really are a credit to your company policies. I have stayed in hotels all around the world and this hotel takes some beating for its quality and staff. The restaurant is spotless ,we only had breakfast but the variety of food on offer is amazing and the waitresses are fabulous and so attentive. So a big thank you to all the staff and management for a wonderful holiday and we can’t wait to see you again next year. Chris and Lin Logsdon

Wonderful stay. Very clean property and friendly staff
We had a wonderful stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the food was great, the maintenance and cleanliness of the property was also top notch. Wonderful location and can walk to everything you need. Thank you BGBR team!

Excellent family stay
We stayed a total of 7 nights in a family room and for 4 were upgraded to an interconnecting . The family rooms are huge , quiet and great value for money. This resort has a great ambience to it with the gardens and beach front setting. We have stayed in much more expensive resorts but find Bali Garden better and keep returning. Staff are excellent and even accommodated a date change for us at no extra cost or hassle. Very professional. Pools are deep which we like but just worth considering if you have young kids . 3 things that can further improve the resort are
- Cushions on sun loungers. Besides the adult pool they don’t have this
- Automatic coffee machine at breakfast for a half decent coffee
- Proper commercial toaster conveyer . The small home units take forever to toast.
Minor details but would make the hotel even better .
We look forward to staying again and recommend this resort.

We cannot wait until our next visit. Great location , beautiful staff and surrounds such convenience will additional restaurants and Tari spa able to be utilised and charged too our room

The strangest hotel experience!
We stayed here last night and had a perfectly normal king-size duvet on the bed. Tonight, we came back to our room and were given a horrible brown blanket that doesn’t even properly fit the bed, let alone cover two people comfortably.
I called reception to ask for a duvet and was told, very confidently, that the hotel does not have any duvets. 🤣 Which is particularly strange considering we had one on our bed the night before!
I then asked for a dressing gown/robe and was told they didn’t have any of those either. A different member of staff then told me that they do have robes in the spa. I asked if I could simply pay to have one brought up from the spa, and was told no.
The biggest issue here isn’t even the lack of a duvet or robe — it’s the complete inconsistency between staff members and being made to feel as though we were imagining things. I know what was on our bed last night! 😂
It’s very strange to be told something simply doesn’t exist when you have literally used it the night before.
The staff really need to communicate with each other because getting three completely different answers depending on who you speak to is incredibly frustrating and makes an otherwise straightforward request into a ridiculous situation.
Definitely one of the strangest hotel experiences we’ve had. 😂
