Bali Dynasty

The Bali Dynasty Kuta is simply a superb experience - especially due to the staff which I will get to in a minute.... Amenities, rooms, pools, bars, food are all fantastic - clean, well maintained and for the price I consider great value. The theme nights, Fire twirling shows, daily games for both kids and adults etc. are all brilliant. Importantly the security of Dynasty is tight. Both the front, and rear access to the beach are guarded and you always feel safe - they also are quite strict on keeping the noise levels down in the evening, so no drunken flogs cause problems in the evening - great for the kids needing a well earned rest after hours of fun in the pools and water slide. The shining light of Dynasty though are the staff. Golly gosh - I have travelled a lot and these guys are next level. Within a day or two most know your name - and more importantly your kids names. We have been twice in the last two years - the main reason for the return was the staff. The pool guards have become family friends, so have other staff - if you have a good heart, you cannot leave without loving the staff at the Dynasty resort, with a need to book again just to feel like your part of the their family again. Simply a spectacular, warm experience - thats why we will book again next year. Also, we now understand why we met some patrons who have been returning for more than 25 years.

We stayed at Dynasty for seven nights with our two kids in connecting rooms. The resort was clean; it had a great atmosphere and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Our kids loved the movie nights, which gave us adults time to go out for tea.We had four other families with us and everyone had a great stay. Shout out to the staff at Grace Kelly's Irish pub at the front. Our kids had so much fun with the staff, and they had a band play. Our girls got to sing songs on stage. We will definitely stay again.
