Super Excellent Service
We are staying at the Komu at Canggu, the staff name Aruf n Sara are so keen. Their services are amazing, rooms n environment are super cleanliness. Having enjoyable time with the hotel these 3 days. Thanks a lot.
Amazing. 100% coming back
I can’t recommend the Komu enough. They were super accomodating, kind and it felt like a home. So much kindness from all staff including - I wish I could remember all their names but especially Sonata and Ayuk were amazing.
The Komu for the Win
Wijaya and Ayuk and the rest of the Komu staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I loved the hotel's combination of modern style and Balinese charm. The hotel's location is great as well with restaurants onsite and within walking distance. Nightlife and the best beach clubs are within walking distance as well. I will definitely be back and recommend the Komu to anyone staying in Canggu. Thank you Komu you've made me first stay in Bali an unforgettable one.
Great spot in Canggu
Had a fantastic stay at The Komu Canggu. The location is honestly one of its biggest highlights — right in the heart with plenty of great cafés, restaurants and shops nearby, and the beach and some of Canggu’s main spots all within easy reach.
The property itself has a really nice vibe: modern and stylish, but still relaxed and comfortable enough to feel like a proper escape from the busier parts of Canggu. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, and everything felt very thoughtfully put together.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were consistently warm, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout our stay without ever feeling overbearing.
A special shoutout to Septian, who gave us such a warm reception and immediately made us feel welcome. That kind of hospitality really sets the tone for the whole stay.
Would definitely recommend The Komu to anyone looking for a stylish, well-located and welcoming place to stay in Canggu. Would happily come back again!
Amazing stay
Amazing stay at The Komu! The hotel is spacious, spotless, and very well located. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was warm, helpful, and genuinely caring.
A special thank you to Hakda and Ilyas for taking such great care of us and making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here!
