Outstanding stay with exceptional service
I stayed at this hotel for two nights while passing through and was completely satisfied. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant. The surrounding area is also beautiful and inviting.
I would especially like to highlight the excellent service: I accidentally forgot important documents at the hotel. The staff informed me immediately and sent the documents to me within a few hours via express courier. Such service is truly not something you can take for granted.
All in all, i can 100% recommend this hotel. I would happily stay here again.
Understated Luxury and Heartfelt Hospitality at Masmara Canggu
I had the pleasure of staying at Masmara Resort Canggu with my partner to celebrate our birthdays, and it was truly a memorable experience from beginning to end.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, friendly smiles, humble hospitality, and a sense of care that felt both personal and effortless. We were especially touched by the presence of the General Manager, Vani, who personally greeted us. Her kindness, attentiveness, and intuitive understanding of guest needs elevated our stay even further.
What makes Masmara truly special is its ability to offer a peaceful retreat while being in the heart of Canggu. Despite being surrounded by the vibrant energy of the area, the resort feels serene, calm, and thoughtfully designed. The beach is within walking distance, and there is easy access to some of the most well-known restaurants, cafes, and boutiques nearby.
The ambiance throughout the resort is beautifully curated refined yet relaxed, with a sense of understated luxury. Every associate we encountered was heartfelt and genuine, consistently warm, smiling, and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. This level of hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated.
The culinary experience was equally delightful. The food was consistently delicious, and dining at Kilo Kitchen was a highlight, thoughtfully prepared dishes with great flavor and presentation.
Overall, Masmara Resort Canggu is more than just a place to stay, it is an experience shaped by sincere hospitality, beautiful design, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. We left with wonderful memories and look forward to returning.
Highly recommended for those seeking a refined yet intimate escape in Canggu.

Beautiful and chill
Beautiful location and quiet, because it’s not directly on the street. Nice view from the room, pool is directly in front of the room. You can order food and drinks to the pool or room. Chill atmosphere. Clean room. Friendly service. Everybody at the reception is also very friendly.
Cozy and relaxing
Stayed here with my family last February and honestly had such a beautiful experience. The resort is peaceful, cozy, and so well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always making sure we were comfortable during our stay. The atmosphere was relaxing, perfect for a family getaway, and everything felt clean, calm, and thoughtfully prepared. We truly made lovely memories there and would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay 🤍
