great Business trip, but need special attentions to security staff
i was staying for 4 nights, and i actually enjoyed my stay. the room was very great, clean and nice. thankyou to pak Wahyu who helped me during the check in and early check out. the breakfast also good, and special thanks to Tude who show us a great service during breakfast. the HK team also did well, fast response when we need more water and etc. just a little point who break my good memories during my stay is, i came by my motor cycle and the security staff was BIG ATTENTIONS NEEDS FOR THIS. during 4 nights of my stay, 1st day i think its fine because they didnt recognize us as a guest. but the day after, when i came from outside, one of the colleagues i forgot the name he shout "KARYAWAN GA BOLEH PARKIR DISINI" without even asked us. the day after also same, until i felt upset because they keep treating me like "bad" when i entered the hotel. its continued during my stay everytime i came back from outside.
the overall was good, the rest of staff also nice. only this things made my stay little upset.
Great for your stay in Canggu
Holiday and Resort Canggu is an absolutely great place to stay. It has very modern features throughout the hotel, and it has very helpful and enthusiastic staff working here. They were amazing. One of my cleaners was anmazing and left me a personal note, and Tude from the restaurant was amazing as well. He was always very enthusiastic, and he remembered my name from two separate times staying here. That's pretty great. Can't say enough good things. It's close to the beach and within walking distance of anything you could possibly need. Highly recommend!

A Wonderful Stay with Beautiful Ocean Views and Thoughtful Service
I originally booked a standard room, but after making several enquiries by email prior to my stay, I was very grateful for the thoughtful assistance I received from the hotel.
In particular, I would like to thank Abdillah Syarief, Loyalty & Assistant Front Office Manager, who kindly assisted me with my enquiries by email. He took my requests into consideration and arranged a room upgrade, as well as a quiet room on the third floor with an ocean view.
Although I did not have the opportunity to meet Abdillah in person, I greatly appreciated his attentive communication and the care he took in arranging the room according to my requests. When I arrived and saw the beautiful view of the sea from the room, I was genuinely delighted. The view was one of the highlights of my stay.
The front desk team and other members of staff whom I met during my stay were also consistently warm, polite and welcoming. Their friendly service contributed greatly to a pleasant and comfortable experience.
As the hotel is relatively new, the property was very clean, fresh and well maintained. Everything felt comfortable and well looked after.
Breakfast was also very enjoyable. There was a buffet selection including bread, cereal and drinks, together with a choice of main dishes ordered à la carte. I appreciated having both options, whether I wanted something light or a more substantial breakfast.
The hotel is also well suited to families travelling with children. The kids’ club was well equipped, and there were several pleasant pubs and restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area.
One of the highlights was the rooftop swimming pool, which offered a wonderful view. The only minor drawback was the limited number of sun loungers, so I would recommend arriving early if you would like to use one.
Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. The combination of the location, cleanliness, facilities, ocean view and attentive service made this a very enjoyable experience and, in my view, good value for money.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation with a lovely ocean view in Canggu, and I would certainly consider staying here again.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Bali Canggu was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Bali. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed, cared for, and at home.
I want to start by saying that the entire staff was incredibly pleasant, warm, and hospitable throughout my stay. Everyone I encountered made me feel welcome and contributed to such a positive experience. However, I especially want to recognize Pebry, Excel, and Aris, who went above and beyond and made my visit extra special.
I was in Bali celebrating my birthday, and they surprised me by decorating my room and making sure I felt celebrated. It was such a thoughtful and personal touch, and something I will always remember.
What made the experience even more meaningful was the time they took to teach me a little Balinese so I could communicate better during my stay. It may seem like a small gesture, but to me it showed just how thoughtful and genuinely caring they were. They were not simply doing their jobs. They took the time to connect with me personally and made me feel like a welcomed guest among friends.
Pebry, Excel, and Aris were some of the kindest and most welcoming hotel staff I have ever experienced in my travels. They were always pleasant, helpful, hospitable, and simply wonderful to be around.
I left Bali with beautiful memories, a few new words, and an even greater appreciation for the warmth and hospitality I experienced there. When I return to Bali, I will most definitely stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Bali Canggu again.
Thank you to the entire staff for such a wonderful stay, and a very special thank you to Pebry, Excel, and Aris for helping make my birthday trip one I will always remember.

Excellent staff
Location 5 min to yea h and to 2 clubs. Nearby restaurants, cafes, shopping & spas. Atmosphere is amazing oh my god. Most friendly staff I have ever encountered. Rooms have a mini fridge, rack on patio to dry clothes. Housekeepers, Adi & Darmawan had our rooms immaculate, full of water & cute towel designs for our anniversary. FD staff upgraded us & had our rooms decorated & with dessert to enjoy. It’s worth the value. We did not purchase the breakfast buffet as we heard it’s cheaper to eat at restaurants nearby, plus we are not buffet type of ppl. Overall excellent experience. We were recommended by family and we would definitely recommend this hotel as well.
