- Eastin Ashta Resort Canggu

Eastin Ashta Resort Canggu Bali is located 200 meters away from the famous surfer's beach in Canggu. Canggu is a new up and coming area close to Seminyak and is in the South Bali. The area is popular with many expatriates who choose to live there, as well as a large number of the villas owned by overseas nationals. Beaches in Canggu are also famous for surfers. The closest airport is Ngurah Rai International Airport, located about 20 km away. This resort offers 119 room and suites with spaces, decorated in contemporary Balinese influences throughout its interiors. In-room amenities include luxury beddings, shower, individually controlled air conditioning, LCD TV with international satellite channels, free Wi-Fi internet, fully stocked mini bar, IDD telephone, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and in-room safe. The hotel also offers on-site restaurant and bar located by the swimming pool, serving international dishes for both lunch and dinner.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Eastin Ashta is a great hotel, excellent location, only a few minutes walk to the beach and right in the middle of everything. The pool area is great, beautiful grounds, excellent background music, not too much not too little just right and well thought. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are nice and beds really comfortable, breakfast is great and served right by the pool. We loved our stay and Eastin Ashta and would definitely recommend it.
Surya at reception was absolutely amazing with her service. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel and staff especially surya is the best .
Such a beautiful resort. Staff and service was absolutely amazing. Will definitely be booking here again on our next stay !
Our stay at Eastin Ashta Canggu was completely ruined by noise. The hotel is right next to a club playing extremely loud music until around 2 a.m., with the bass so strong that you can actually feel it vibrating through the hotel.
And when the club finally closes, the noise doesn’t stop. For roughly another two hours there were taxis and motorbikes arriving and leaving, people shouting outside, and general street noise. Getting a proper night’s sleep was virtually impossible.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that none of the major booking websites make the severity of this noise problem clear. Had we known that staying here could mean nightclub bass until 2 a.m. followed by hours of traffic and yelling, we would never have booked.
Whatever positives the hotel may have are irrelevant if you cannot sleep. If you value peace, quiet, or simply expect to be able to sleep at night, I would strongly recommend staying elsewhere.
Book at your own peril.
Great location, very clean, bright ambiance, friendly staff, overall 5 stars
