What a perfect hotel situated right in front of the Indian Ocean. You cannot fault this hotel. The staff are incredibly attentive the hotel is immaculate and the rooms perfect. The breakfast is varied plentiful and exceptional quality. Polls and pool areas are again very clean and staff just look after you. The gym is huge and the yoga sessions and palates were great. Highly recommend

Relaxing experience
A distance away from the where food and other places of interests. However, great spot for sunsets and surfing. Rooms are large and spacious and comfortable. Expensive but a price not unusual for a high end resort and wellness establishment. But hotel menu was disappointing and boring after day two.

Beautiful beginnings create beautiful moments. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, Ms. Lucia welcomed us warmly and took great care to host us and introduce us to the hotel's facilities. To be honest, we were quite exhausted upon arrival, but Lucia’s kind, professional demeanor and her wonderful suggestions made a very positive impression, setting the stage for a lovely stay. The best thing Lucia said was: "My colleagues and I care deeply about your comfort, so please do not hesitate to ask for any service." Many thanks to you, Lucia, and to all your colleagues.
Perhaps come to Como Club to have food only
Is a good beach hotel. From breakfast room, you can walk out to the beach. We reached at 1pm but they insist we can't check in till 2pm despite knowing way in advance we’ll be there at 1:30pm for their spa massage. I booked a 2 bedroom suite and has a large living area. Lovely view from the balcony. Spare room has twin beds while Master bedroom has a long walk in to the bathroom that has a jacuzzi bathtub. Few major things are lacking. There's no dustbin in the entire living area. Charging port is very poor. The only convenient place to charge your phone and iWatch is besides your bed yet the power is not stable. No teapot even though is a self contain kitchen. The still and sparkling water in the fridge are chargeable. The cheap value chips display beside the fridge are also chargeable, I thought this is a bit petty as I paid USD 2.5K for 4 nights here. Room unfortunately is nice on first look but is actually running down. The twin beds made tweaking noise each and every turn. The toilet in the spare room has poor sewage issues and was too pungent for comfort I've to call for help. All the towels are almost brownish. Many ants in the bathroom. Last night stay my air con system went crazy and shut on and off by itself. It has a spacious well equipped gym and nice touch of few free yoga, pilates, bootcamp classes a week. Main swimming pool is not easy to swim laps. I end up in the other pool that is rectangular shape. Though opens at 7am, I can head there at 6am with no complaints/drama. No sauna just a terrible looking steam room near the reception. The Como Club deserves a pat on their back. Excellent food and ambiance. Just don't order their Aperol Spritz - very weak. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. However with the amount I paid, I believe I should look at other options in future.

10/10 – An Absolute Gem in Canggu
COMO Canggu is, without a doubt, my favourite hotel in Bali. Amid the hustle and bustle of Canggu, it feels like a little sanctuary of calm, where you can truly switch off, relax and recharge.
The rooms are beautiful, the staff and service are exceptional, and every detail feels thoughtfully considered. The real highlights, however, are the beach club and restaurant. The beach club is wonderfully peaceful, with no music competing with the natural soundtrack of the ocean — just the sound of the waves, the sea breeze and the most incredible sunsets.
Breakfast is fabulous, the restaurant is outstanding, and the overall experience is effortlessly relaxing from beginning to end.
I’m quite particular when it comes to hotels, but honestly, I couldn’t fault a thing. COMO Canggu has that rare ability to make you feel completely at ease while still delivering a truly special experience.
If you’re looking for understated luxury, exceptional service and a peaceful escape in the heart of Canggu, this place is hard to beat. I’ll definitely be back!
