Wonderful stay !!!
Excellent stay. The hotel’s design is simply incredible and perfectly in harmony with its surroundings. A special mention to all the staff, especially the reception team (Abdi in particular), for their professionalism and kindness. Many thanks for making our vacation such a wonderful experience.
Beautiful jungle boutique hotel
Beautiful, quiet hotel. The staff were all great! Very kind, and attentive. The bar/ restaurant staff were top notch! They made the best piña colada I’ve ever had. Rooms were beautiful, but the only critique was that they were a bit dark and there weren’t enough hooks to hang towels. Definitely not deal breakers and would for sure stay again!
Radhoo was perfection.
What a beautiful time we had at Radhoo. This was our first time in Tulum and Radhoo ended up being the perfect setting to truly relax and connect. Having access to the beach was nice, the pool is fantastic, food and drinks amazing, my husband and I each had the best massages of our life at the Spa, the restaurant NU is incredible, and we loved being walking distance to other great restaurants, a go mart, and shops. Being tucked away in the jungle and having calm and quiet was what we were looking for, and Radhoo delivered. But what truly elevated the experience was the whole staff. The concierge team, bar staff, housekeeping…all phenomenal. My only regret is not carrying around enough pesos at all times to let everyone know how much we appreciated their kindness and efforts (go to a bank in town or at the airport before getting to the hotel zone and get lots of change! Radhoo is cashless!). Communicating via WhatsApp was easy, every question answered and request accommodated. We will definitely be back and have been inspired to continue to learn Spanish, make sure we just have a stack of 50/100 peso bills to give, and will be dreaming about Tulum until the next time! Radhoo is Family
Melissa, Jorge, Abi and the whole team made us feel like family! This is my favorite resort stay I’ve ever had. Peaceful, tranquil and exactly what I needed for an escape. I will be back.
THE PLACE TO STAY
Every single staff member was as nice and accommodating as possible. Responsive very friendly. Quick service and always seeming like they’re happy to see us.
