This is a fabulous resort, love the food and the staff. Daniela and Joseph from guest service are so nice and the entertainment staff were so active and fun Cuellar, Leo, Diego, Pau, Edy.

Diego, Leo, Eddy, Pau, Cuellar have been amazing during our stay. They have made our trip truly memorable with their constant laughter and smiles. I highly recommend :)
My first resort vacation, loved it!
Thanks to Diego, Leo, Pau, Cuellar and Eddy, we had so much fun on the days we stayed on the resort!!! Also shout out to Quesabel at the breakfeast buffet, so patient and helpful (even to help us learn more Spanish) 😁☀️
Beautiful hotel and grounds - perfect vacation
Beautiful resort Everything is so well organised People are so warm and friendly- special shout out to Lura and Quetzabel at reception in the buffet restaurant who were always so kind and welcoming. Everyone who works there were so warm and welcoming. Food was great (2 of us are vegetarian) great idea to have restaurants to eat in the evenings. The walk through the forest grounds and all the wildlife was the perfect start to the day. There’s a lovely pool but it’s also right by the beautiful beach which is where we spent our time. Rooms are spacious and the mini bar was always restocked and appreciated. We really didn’t want to leave and hope to come back again soon. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so wonderful.

Very good service. The staff are incredible. Celebrate my wife’s birthday. Everyone sang happy birthday in Spanish, was very nice. This is our second time here and will be coming back for sure.
