A delightful stay
The room was beautiful and comfortable. Privileged was worth it with access to special chairs on beach and Bloved restaurant. Shout out to every employee who made our stay restful and luxurious. Special shout out to Leonel, Edgar, y cullear for getting us to have fun at the pool and at the discoteca!
Great experience as far as entertainment is concerned
Leo edy pau cuellar diego were wonderful hotel entertainers, made us feel right at home and included us in all the activities. They made the day fun and very entertaining.

Overall Decent Hotel!
The location of this resort is beautiful! Everyone is like 40-50+ years old... So keep that in mind! (We're in our twenties & they didn't have the best night life or pool situation lol). The night shows were so good, as always in Mx!!!
The food wasn't the best. Adelita's Mexican dinner was pretty delicious though!!! Ms. Quetzabel in La Palapa was an AMAZING host (the best we've ever had) and person!!!! She has the sweetest & most beautiful soul and is such a light!! She memorizes everyone's names and we will miss seeing her every morning and afternoon! <3
The beach wasn't able to be swam in due to crazy amounts of sargassum, unfortunately. This resort is near many cenotes and excursions. Book one or a few, they're sooo amazing!!!
The most annoying/uncomfortable part was that the AC in our room barely cooled it down, despite asking for it to be checked several different times/days. We've never had that experience at any other resorts we've visited and it was high 90°s in July, so AC is kinda important on vacay!
Wonderful place to unplug
Quite relaxing and calm atmosphere. Food is amazing! Friendly and helpful staff, especially Jesus.
Rooms are well taken care of and spacious.
It was the seaweed season, but despite that, we still were able to do snorkeling with the Catamaran
The downside is that you must book dinner at one of the restaurants, but the food is very much worth it.
Beautiful atmosphere for an incredible price.
Our first booking fell through so we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The resort staff were very welcoming and the grounds were beautifully kept. The resort has a very romantic feel to it. We ate at a few of the restaurants and preferred some over others. They do a nice job of encouraging engagement in a variety of activities they offer throughout the day. Each evening they offer a show followed by a DJ for a night of dancing. We wish they had an option to upgrade to top shelf alcohol. Your room was always clean and ready to go. The one downfall and not on the resort is the amount of Sargassum currently in the ocean. All in all great option for the price.
