Beautiful resort, mediocre food.
The property is lovely and very clean. We had the Privledged Romance package, and our room was perfect. They did put a Just Married banner on our door, even though it was our 23rd wedding anniversary, lol. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The food was meh. There were a few okay things we ate, but nothing we wanted to get again. The service in the restaurants was also extremely slow, except for Steakville on our last night. Service was fast and perfect, and probably our favorite meal of the weekend. The spa experience was great. Service was wonderful while there, as well. One thing we definitely weren't thrilled about is no servers on the beach, even while sitting in the Privledged section. Would we go back? Most likely not. Again, it was beautiful and friendly, but nothing special that would make us pick this resort over any other.

Paulina, Diego, Eddy, Leo and Cuellar in the entertainment- are fantastic and very good with everything they do including the shows, pool and dancing! 🕺- great group of people and very friendly! 5 stars!! We will come back and visit again - buffet and drinks are amazing - the beach was cleaned of all the seaweed during the season, rooms were nice and clean - the path between the hotel, lobby and pool have tons of cute wildlife that you will love! This is a must place to visit! Thank you!
Perfect
Another fantastic stay at this resort. Why is it so good? The coatis and the staff. All the staff are friendly and work extremely hard. The spa is excellent too offering a range of treatments. We stayed as Privileged Guests and the upgrade is worth it, especially for the 10% off spa services and the delights of the beach restaurant BLoved. To me, this is paradise.
