Beach Bums - Aguilars
Erick, Esther, Maria , Alondra, and all the staff (especially at Beloved) were so nice and accommodating to our group. Welcomed us all with friendly smiles and beautiful personalities. Thank you again! We will be back!!!
Wonderful place!!
Diego, Leo, Pau Eddie are the best staff! We have had the best time. Food is great, pool is great, rooms are wonderful, atmosphere is the best, and there’s wildlife throughout the resort. We’re definitely coming back!!!!!
Entertainment and activities
Entertainment and activities were so fun! Diego, Leo, Eddy and Pau were great. Diego has such a great sense of humor, and he’s very personable! It was a pleasure meeting him during our stay. Aqua gym is fun!
Trip to Tulum
We had an awesome time! Diego, Leo, Eddy, and Pau were all helpful and super welcoming. Would highly recommend. Morning stretches by the pool were great too with the instructors.

Catalonia ROYAL Tulum is simply exceptional in every possible way. This is our third time staying here, and there's a reason we keep coming back. Every visit reminds us why this resort has become a special place for us
The location is absolutely beautiful. Tulum is already an incredible destination, and the resort makes the most of its gorgeous Caribbean setting. The grounds are lush, tropical, beautifully maintained, and the entire property has a wonderful atmosphere that immediately makes you feel relaxed and happy to be there.
The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, spacious and impeccably clean. In fact, the cleanliness throughout the entire resort is outstanding. The rooms, restaurants, pool, common areas and grounds are all maintained with tremendous care and attention.
But what truly makes Catalonia Royal extraordinary is the PEOPLE. THE STAFF, in absolutely every part of the resort, makes a major contribution to how happy are when we are there. From housekeeping, to the restaurants and bars, reception, bellmen, entertainment, maintenance, lifeguard and everyone working behind the scenes-every department contributes to the experience.
There is a warmth and genuine hospitality here that is difficult to describe until you experience it. The staff members are friendly. attentive, hardworking, professional and incredibly welcoming. They don't simply provide excellent service, THEY ARE A HUGE PART OF WHAT MAKE US LOVE BEING HERE. THEY MAKE US FEEL COMFORTABLE. CARED FOR, AND GENUINELY HAPPY THROUGHOUT OUR STAY, AND THAT MEANS SO MUCH TO US.
After our third visits, this is no longer simply a resort we enjoy, it is a place we look forward returning to
