William and the Staff were wonderful!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolute Paradise with World-Class Service! Our recent stay at Ana y José Hotel & Spa in Tulum was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived until the second we left, the entire team made us feel like royalty. The resort itself is beautiful, authentic, and perfectly captures the bohemian luxury of Tulum, but it is the exceptional staff that truly sets this place apart. 🌟 Outstanding Highlights: The Dream Concierge Team: A massive thank you to Mar and Paulina. They are absolute rockstars! They anticipated our every need, curated perfect recommendations, and made sure our itinerary was seamless. Their warmth and professionalism are unmatched. Five-Star Dining Service: The restaurant and beach staff kept us pampered the entire trip. Omar, William, Rolando, and Maria provided some of the best service we have ever experienced. They were attentive, incredibly friendly, and always served us with genuine smiles. Flawless Hospitality: Our room was a pristine sanctuary thanks to the meticulous housekeeping team. The reception desk made check-in and check-out an absolute breeze, and the security team was always visible, polite, and made us feel incredibly safe and comfortable throughout our stay. If you are planning a trip to Tulum and want a perfect blend of luxury, beachfront beauty, and top-tier hospitality, look no further than Ana y José. We are already counting down the days until we can return! Tip for travelers: Let Mar and Paulina help you book your excursions or dinner reservations—they know all the best spots!
Amazing atmosphere and service! Wiliam is very nice and friendly!
This boutique hotel is situated approx. 6km away from Tulum town - by the beach with pearly white sand. Beautiful! Our rooms were nice, spacious, clean and had what was needed for a beach vacation☀️ The maid came twice a day - fresh towels, cleaning, refreshed the mini bar or bedding down service.
The hotel has a small gym which has the basics for a nice workout.
Loved that the hotel manager took time to small talk and check-in with the guests at breakfast. Highly appreciated.
Generally super nice, tentative and service minded staff.
The restaurant staff were too focused on generating extra tips through the all inclusive scheme. Everything that is placed on the table drives tips (nothing is complimentary). So be mindful.
We were there during off-season (end June/beginning July) so it was not crowded, which was super nice, but maybe also the cause of some major inconsistencies from the time of booking to time of stay? E.g. no more morning yoga, the actual coverage of our “Unique Full Experience package” (what was/was not included. ), downgrade of the content of the food menu and finally the normal chef apparently being on vacation the first couple of days (and a less qualified interim to fill in). It got to the point that we felt we were not getting what we paid for.
Finally and importantly we were so lucky to witness a Loggerhead turtle dig a nest on the beach and lay it’s eggs one night. An amazing and up personal experience.
