Our stay in Alaya hotel in Tulum was absolutely amazing! Everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect—close to everything while still feeling peaceful and surrounded by nature. The beach was breathtaking, with crystal-clear waters.

Most gracious and beautiful place with amazing hosts.
The rooms were clean, the views amazing. The place is quiet and everyone was more than accommodating and nice. Just a place we are telling our friends about and hope to return.

Excellent experience. Room was beautiful and the service was 100% . Sofia our concierge was so helpful and took care of several asks and special trips she organized for us, made it a lifetime memory! Will definitely be going back and recommending to my friends and family!
